Public Participation Intention In The Construction Of New Smart City In Jiangjin District Of Chongqing

With the continuous advancement of the construction of smart city in China,the construction of smart city in various regions of China has achieved initial results.These achievements are mainly reflected in the significant improvement of the level of public services,the effective improvement of administrative management capacity and the rapid growth of urban economic development.Since 2020,the construction of new smart cities in China has entered a period of comprehensive development,with small and medium-sized cities as the main construction force.How to overcome various difficulties and do a good job in the construction of small and medium-sized smart cities under limited conditions,people-oriented is the key,and strengthening public participation in the construction of smart cities is worth studying.Metro as an example,this article try to chongqing by means of new type of intelligent intend to study in the construction of public participation in urban planning,the further development of the related research content of urban construction,public participation in wisdom abundant public participation in research methods of the urban construction of wisdom,perfect the public participation in the path of the wisdom urban construction,explore wisdom city metro construction development train of thought,Conducive to the new era of China’s new urban construction in an all-round spread.This article introduces the research results of public participation in smart cities at home and abroad.Based on the theories of public participation ladder theory,planning behavior theory and technology acceptance model,this article uses literature analysis,questionnaire survey,statistical analysis and other methods to conduct an in-depth analysis of the public’s willingness to participate in the construction of new smart cities in Jiangjin District and its influencing factors.Through communication with the relevant departments responsible for the construction of smart cities in Jiangjin District,the construction of new smart cities in Jiangjin District and the current situation of public participation are understood.It is found that there are problems such as insufficient active participation,insufficient data integration,difficult information acquisition and poor participation channels in the construction of smart cities in Jiangjin District.The public participation willingness of Jiangjin District was investigated through questionnaires.The index system of public participation intention in smart city construction was constructed.Based on binary Logistic analysis,it was found that behavioral attitude,subjective norms,perceived usefulness,perceived ease of use,and perceived safety in the first-level index all had an impact on the public’s willingness to participate in the construction of new smart cities in Jiangjin District.In addition to the importance cognition of behavioral attitude,other indicators have an impact on behavioral intention,and the social influence has the largest impact on behavioral intention with each increase of one unit.Based on the experience of public participation in the construction of smart city at home and abroad,it is proposed that the public participation in the construction of smart city in Jiangjin District should make efforts from the aspects of fully mobilizing the public’s will,establishing information communication Bridges and exploring the collection of data resources.Finally,this article improves the public participation ladder of Jiangjin District by referring to the 3 levels and 8 steps of the public participation ladder theory of smart city construction,and puts forward suggestions on public participation in the smart city construction of Jiangjin District based on the enhancement of public participation willingness,in order to provide references for the smart city construction of Jiangjin District.
