Study On Villagers' Willingness To Participate In Village Cleaning And Its Influencing Factors In Nanping City

As the owner of the village,the vast majority of villagers are the main force involved in village cleaning.In recent years,Nanping City has innovated the way of villagers participating in village cleaning,explored the establishment of a long-term mechanism of "ten thousand people cleaning"which is "the main body of the masses,urban-rural interaction,co-governance and sharing",and has been promoted and implemented throughout the province.However,with the further development of cleanliness for ten thousand people,there are still some phenomena,such as lack of knowledge about environmental protection,lack of understanding of cleanliness policy,unconscious and involuntary payment of cleanliness fees,which seriously restrict the normal and long-term development of cleanliness in villages.Therefore,cleanliness in villages still has a long way to go.Challenging and exploratory social problems.Based on this,this paper takes the willingness of villagers to actively participate in village cleaning and its related factors as the research theme,investigates and analyses the current situation of villagers'willingness to participate in village cleaning,and sums up the relevant theories such as new public management,public goods and public choice,which may affect villagers' participation in village cleaning.The main or key factors of willingness.On this basis,around the individual level,village collective level,government policy level and other dimensions of the impact of indicators,the questionnaire was conducted,and the logistic regression model was used to conduct empirical analysis of the questionnaire.Through the study,it is found that the villagers'educational level,political outlook,awareness of the importance of environmental protection,the ability and quality of village cadres,whether cleaning is included in village regulations and regulations,the payment standard of village health and cleaning fees,villagers' understanding of rural health and cleaning policies,and the implementation effect of ten thousand people's cleaning policies are the main factors.The influence of participation will be greater and attention should be paid to it.On this basis,according to the results of the study,the paper draws a conclusion,and puts forward more targeted countermeasures and suggestions from the aspects of environmental protection policy propaganda,villagers'autonomous management,cleaning policy improvement and party members' leadership,in order to provide more practical decision-making reference for government departments to further improve village cleaning policies and measures.Suggestions.That is to say,we should strengthen the propaganda of rural environmental protection policies and importance,strengthen the management and construction of village-level organizations,optimize and improve the cleaning policy for ten thousand people,and give full play to the exemplary leading role of Party members.
