Study On Factors Influencing Farmers’ Willingness To Participate In Housing Improvement In Dafeng District,Yancheng City

Since the 19th National Congress of the Communist Party of China(CPC),the issue of agriculture,rural areas and farmers,as the root of the development of people’s livelihood in China,has gradually become a major bottleneck restricting China’s realization of two centuries in the process of securing a comprehensive well-off society at the present stage.Under the background of current rural revitalization strategy,how to solve the problem of agriculture,rural areas and farmers,fully respect and safeguard the rights and interests of farmers,from the current rural housing conditions improved in north jiangsu perspective of the influence factors of farmers to participate in the research,analyses the restricting factors,targeted Suggestions,to provide path to effectively solve the problem of agriculture,rural areas and farmers,so as to lay a foundation for our country to realize the comprehensive well-off society.D District of Y city has developed rapidly in recent years,especially in the improvement of housing conditions in rural areas.However,objectively speaking,there are still many problems in the improvement of rural housing conditions in this region,among which the most core problem is the grasp of farmers’ willingness to improve.In view of this,this study Y city D area as the research object,through the north jiangsu rural farmhouse renovation work in the process of the revitalization of the top-level design implementation,for farmers to participate in the housing conditions improved intend to explore the influence factors,using SPSS software for data analysis,it Y city D area farmers to participate,analyzing the important factors that come to the conclusion and countermeasures are put forward.Specific contents include the introduction,definition,theoretical foundation and improve the general situation and the present situation,the Y city D area the farmhouse to improve Y city D area farmers to participate in the farmhouse will influence factor index system building,improve Y city D area farmers to participate in the farmhouse will influence factors of the empirical analysis,the overall train of thought is a theory combined with practice,on the basis of access to survey data by using principal component analysis(pca)for the specific inquiry.This study aims to clarify the influencing factors of farmers’ willingness to improve their housing conditions,promote the improvement of rural housing conditions in D district of Y City,and provide experience and reference for the improvement of ruralhousing conditions in other areas.
