Research On The Problems And Countermeasures Of The Supervision Work Of The Party Committee Of Huanan Count

Supervision work occupies a very important position in the work system of the Party and the government.It is an important guarantee to ensure the smooth implementation of policies,decisions and document spirit,and an important means to urge all units and departments to do a good job of actual implementation in accordance with the established plan.As the cornerstone of the supervision system,the supervision and inspection of the county Party Committee undertakes many key tasks such as supervision,coordination and suggestions in the work of the Party committee and the government.It is an essential link in the process of government governance and a key factor to promote the effective implementation of the deployment.Therefore,it is an important issue and urgent task facing the current county Party Committee to constantly adjust and optimize the working ideas and methods and improve the efficiency of supervision,which should be paid attention to.Based on the above starting point,combined with the actual work of Huanan County Party Committee inspection office,this paper analyzes the current situation of Huanan County Party Committee inspection by means of investigation,literature analysis and other methods,finds problems from the aspects of system,implementation methods,personnel ability,and puts forward feasible countermeasures and suggestions,so as to improve the effectiveness of supervision.
