Research On Ideological And Political Work Of Urban Community In New Era

With the beginning of the new journey of building a socialist modernized country in an all-round way in China,promoting the modernization of social governance has become the proper meaning of promoting the modernization of national governance system and governance capacity.As the basic unit of society,urban community is a special field to promote grass-roots social governance.Under the background of the new era,urban communities bear more and more social functions,and residents’ lives are becoming increasingly rich.At the same time,there are some new problems and contradictions in urban communities,which urgently need us to improve the overall governance level of communities from the perspective of ideological and political work.Therefore,strengthening and improving ideological and political work in urban communities has become an inevitable requirement for promoting social governance and adapting to social development in the new era.This paper adopts a combination of theoretical and empirical research,which is divided into four parts.The first part of the introduction,from the background of the development of the new era to explain the reasons for the topic,through combing and analyzing the significance of ideological and political work in urban communities and research status,the research methods and innovations and deficiencies are obtained,which lays the foundation for the development of the research.The second part is an overview of ideological and political work in urban communities in the new era.This chapter is mainly divided into four aspects: Firstly,the concept and characteristics of ideological and political work in urban communities in the new era are explained,Secondly,it explains the main contents and significance of ideological and political work in urban communities in the new era,combs the development process of ideological and political work in urban communities again,and finally discusses the theoretical basis of ideological and political work in urban communities in the new era.The third part,the investigation of the current situation of ideological and political work in urban communities in the new era-taking some communities in H city as an example.Based on the investigation and interview of some communities in H City,this paper summarizes the practical results of ideological and political work in some communities in H City,and analyzes the causes of the practical difficulties of ideological and political work in some communities in H City.The fourth part,the principles and paths of strengthening and improving ideological and political work in urban communities in the new era.On the basis of adhering to the principle of community ideological and political work,this paper puts forward practical strategies to strengthen and improve urban community ideological and political work,focusing on perfecting the system of community ideological and political work in the new era and supplemented by the construction of urban community ideological and political work team in the new era.According to the needs of modernization of governance capacity of social governance system,This paper makes on-the-spot investigation on the development of ideological and political work in urban communities,summarizes the effectiveness of ideological and political work in urban communities in the new era,and strives to put forward universal countermeasures and suggestions for strengthening and improving ideological and political work in urban communities,so as to promote ideological and political work in urban communities to play the role of "lifeline" in the modernization of social governance.
