| Community is the "last mile" for the party and the government to connect and serve the residents,which profoundly affects the residents’ sense of acquisition and happiness.As the foundation of urban governance,community governance affects and restricts the level and process of urban governance.The 19 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China proposed the reform task of "creating a social governance pattern of co-construction,cogovernance and sharing,strengthening the construction of community governance system,and promoting the focus of social governance to move down to the grassroots level";General Secretary Xi Jinping’s 2020 Jilin inspection once again emphasized "promoting national governance".The system and governance capacity are modernized,and community governance can only be strengthened,not weakened.” Community ideological and political work is an important part of community governance,and it is necessary to adapt to the development of the modernization of community governance.The development of community ideological and political work affects the effectiveness of community governance and is related to the development of community governance modernization.This article is divided into five parts.The first part is the introduction.This part expounds the research background and significance of the selected topic,the research status at home and abroad,the research content and methods,and the research difficulties and innovations.The second part explains the main concepts and theories.First,it defines the urban community ideological and political work and its related concepts,secondly clarifies the relevant theories of community governance modernization,and finally elaborates the requirements of community governance modernization for urban community ideological and political work.The third part carries out the investigation of the current situation,selects the Taiyuan community as the research site,and investigates the current situation of the ideological and political work of the community in Taiyuan.The main achievements of the work are summarized as "multi-level" dedicated to serving the people,and the main body of community ideological and political work has shifted from "unitary" to "diversified",and the work content has achieved "branding" + "characteristics" ”,working methods to promote“online + offline,community + mass”.The main problems of the work are reflected in the incomplete grasp of residents’ spiritual needs by community ideological and political workers,the failure of multiple subjects in the community to form a joint force of ideological and political education,the richness of work content and the lack of the times,and the work methods that rely on traditional forms of ideological and political work.The fourth part analyzes the reasons.From the three levels of traditional factors,community ideological and political workers and community residents,the reasons for the problems in work are discussed.The fifth part proposes innovative development countermeasures.In view of the existing problems in the work,it is proposed that under the guidance of the goal of modernization of community governance,we should strengthen the purpose of ideological and political work and realize the people’s nature of the purpose;change the concept of ideological and political work and realize the diversification of concepts;update the content of ideological and political work and realize the modernity of the content.;Explore the means of ideological and political work and realize specific countermeasures such as the intelligentization of means.From the perspective of the modernization of community governance,according to the requirements of the modernization of community governance,this paper investigates and analyzes the current status of ideological and political work in urban communities,and focuses on the countermeasures for the innovation and development of work,in order to adapt to and promote the modernization of urban community governance. |
