A Study On The Innovation Of Ideological And Political Work In Qingdao Road Community

During the process of urban development in china, urban communities established through urban development serve as key points on connection links which in turn form a network,the work on political consciousness in community education are fundamentally important.This essay is a case study based on Shan Hai Tian holiday resort located on Qing Dao road in Shan Dong Ri Zhao,findings provided evidence for a conclusion signalling the need and lack of work on further political and ideological work, and also, providing possible strategies for the educative development。This is very important for further social political and ideological work in the communities.This paper is based on the research project covering the residents and community workers of Ri Zhao Shan Hai Tian holiday resort, in order to understand the development and progress of political ideological work within a community, we aim to find insufficiencies of this field of work,and on this basis, explore a suitable route for working within the community and the efficient ideological educational work that follows.On the premise of related theoretical guidance, in this essay, using literature analysis, questionnaire survey method, discussion method and other analysis methods, combining theory with practice, carried out analysis research on some problems of community on Qing Dao road,content of research mainly surrounding the advantages disadvantages and the ideal ways in the views of the residents in this community on how ideological and political education should be carried out,the main research outcomes are:First of all,it define the concept of the so-called community ideological and political education work, characteristics, and the meaning of working on these aspects.Then, carrying out field survey to the community,analyse the status quo of the community’s ideological and political work, using the method of theory with practice, summary analysis imperfections on the ideological and political work of the current urban community,and finally, put forward method of improvements and countermeasures on how to strengthen and improve the community ideological and political work,including from deepening the understanding of ideological social and political work to strengthen the structure of the system and talent building of the whole team, also suggested some practical realistic ways of achieving this via edutainment.These direct recommendations have practical significance for Rizhao city communities when carry out ideological and political works.
