| At present,China is at the crucial stage of deepening the reform in a comprehensive way and in the decisive stage of building a well-off society in an all-round way,and various social contradictions are constantly appearing.Urban community’s ideological and political work is in a very important strategic position.It has important realistic and historical significance to make clear the significance of the work,the status quo of urban community and to strengthen this work for consolidating the party’s ruling status,improving the community ideological and moral quality,constructing a socialist harmonious society and realizing the goal of a comprehensive well-off society.This paper has five parts.The first part is an introduction of research background,research significance,the research status of the topic at home and innovation of this paper.The second part is an elaboration of related concepts and theoretical basis of urban community ideological and political work.The theoretical basis contains Marx’s theory on the nature of man and man’s all-round development,the theory of people’s autonomy,the hierarchy of needs theory of Maslow and the theory of Ideological and political work of the Communist Party of China.This part also analyzes the targets and features of urban community ideological and political work.In addition,this part also elaborates the significance of the ideological and political work of the urban community from three aspects: the relationship between the party and the masses,the quality of the residents and the construction of a harmonious society.The third part is the analysis of the current situation of urban community ideological and political work.In this part,the author summarizes the achievements of the ideological and political work in the urban community of our country at present from the terms of community ideological and political work pattern,the quality of the residents,the relationship between the residents and the party organization,the harmonious atmosphere of the community,and then analyzes the problems existing in the ideological and political work of the urban community from the terms of the quantity and quality of community ideological and political work team,work attitude and ability and residents’ participation consciousness.At last,the author analyzes the reasons from the terms of community ideological and political work system,mechanism and material guarantee.In the fourth part,the author gives some suggestions on how to promote the ideological and political work of the urban community in our country from the following four aspects: the operating mechanism,the team building,the subjective cognition and the working method.The fifth part is a natural conclusion of the whole paper.This paper innovatively studies urban community ideological and political work under the background of economic new normal combining the prescription given by President Xi Jinping for economic new normal which is a development concept of innovation,coordination,green,open and share to promote urban community ideological and political work. |
