| In recent years,the aging degree of our country has been deepening,and the demand of old people for pension services has increased and presented a pluralistic trend.The emergence of smart aged care responds to the needs of the elderly to a certain extent,but there is little discussion on the construction process of a unified action alliance formed by various participants in the current research.Out of interest in this new way of practice and process,this paper has carried on a series of research.Based on the theory of actor-network-theory,inclusion theory and stakeholder theory,the thesis constructs a theoretical framework for the analysis,and adopts the method of case analysis and in-depth interview,taking the W Home Community Elderly Care Service Center in Qingdao,Shandong Province as the case,interviews the actor spokespersons involved in the smart aged care in the case.Based on the interview data,The construction process of the smart aged actor network in the case is reproduced.It is found that the types of smart aged actors include not only human actors such as sub-district office,company that provide services,the elderly and their families and volunteers,but also non-human actors such as smart aged care equipment and policies.The subdistrict office,the core actor,played a leading role in the process of translation.The sub-district office took the construction of smart aged care as the Obligatory Passage Point to attract other actors to join.After revealing the dilemma of the actors,the paper analyzes the satisfaction of the interest needs of the actors,the stage of interaction between the actors,the stage of carrying out the action and building the network,and the manifestation of the objections to the current stage of development.In response to the objections expressed in the construction and operation of the actor network,four suggestions are put forward,which are to maintain the flexibility of the actor network,open the channels of communication,improve the awareness of the actor network,and create a quality operating environment.This thesis provides theoretical support and countermeasures for the construction and development of the smart aged care actor network. |
