Research On Elderly Care Services In Smart Communities In Beijing

Population aging usually refers to a dynamic process in which the number of elderly people increases and the proportion of the elderly population decreases relative to the increase in the number of young people.Internationally,it is generally believed that when an average of more than 10 persons per 100 are older than(inclusive)60 years old,or an average of 7 persons per 100 persons are older than(inclusive)65 years old,the country or region is considered to be aging.The aging of the population is an important trend of future social development,a manifestation of the progress of human civilization,and also the basic national conditions of China for a long period of time in the future.Affected by the continuous decline in fertility levels worldwide and the increase in life expectancy per capita,the proportion and absolute number of elderly people everywhere are increasing sharply.Population aging has become a common global trend and a key policy issue.Since China entered the aging society at the end of the 20th century,the number of the elderly population has increased rapidly,the proportion of the elderly population has risen sharply,and the pressure of elderly care has also increased.The aging population is a severe test we must face.The 19th National Congress of the Communist Party of China proposed "actively deal with the aging of the population,It was also mentioned at the Leading Group Meeting on Deepening Reform that elderly care services are related to the well-being of hundreds of millions of people and are a sunrise industry with great potential.With the development of science and technology network,the old-age service industry has also gradually transitioned from the traditional state of relying solely on manual services to intelligence old-age care and smart old-age care.At this time,smart elderly care in community came into being.It relies on modern Internet,Internet of Things,big data platform,artificial intelligence(AI)and other technologies to provide elderly care services for the elderly.Integrate the information of the elderly through the internet and big data to screen out the elderly care projects suitable for the elderly;facilitate the home life of the elderly through the Internet of things;develop artificial intelligence products to more accurately meet the needs of the elderly.As one of the earliest cities to enter the aging,the aging degree is more serious.and the old-age care problem has become one of the biggest challenges in Beijing.So,studying the smart elder care in community is to hope that the elderly can be supported,and that they will be supported on the basis of not leaving the original living environment,so as to reduce the "unfamiliarity"and "lonely feeling" and enjoy a happy old age.Through the Internet,intelligent elderly products,intelligent elderly platform,the safety,health,real-time monitoring of the elderly;the use of big data technology to provide appropriate old-age services for the elderly,such as:cleaning,bathing,food delivering,escort to medical treatment,and so on.Through the field investigation of W streets in Chaoyang District,Beijing,this paper analyzes the problems existing in the intelligent elderly care service in community in W streets by means of questionnaire survey and in-depth interview,and provides an empirical basis for the writing of the paper.Focusing on the elderly living in W streets,community leaders and heads of pension centers,the aim is to accomplish the following task:(1)To understand the present situation of intelligent old-age service in community in Beijing;(2)Analyze the problems in the smart elderly care service in Chaoyang District,Beijing;(3)Summarize and propose improved methods,and strive to provide a better life for the elderly in later life.Based on the analysis of the intelligent elderly care service in community in Chaoyang District W street,it is found that the intelligent community pension service in Beijing exists,the government is not fully involved and lacks the top-level design;the intelligent community pension related products are less;the training system of the old-age service personnel is not perfect,and the talent supply is insufficient.In view of these problems,we propose to improve the top-level design and intelligent elderly care service in community policies,increase investment in research and development of intelligent elderly products,establish a hierarchical service model to provide personalized pension services,attract talents,train professional teams,promote the construction of intelligent pension platform,enhance the wisdom of the platform and other suggestions.Hope to provide a perfect life for the elderly through the above measures.
