Research On Public Participation In Community Governance Of Qingdao West Coast New District

The report to the 19 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China made it clear that we should accelerate the building of a social governance pattern featuring joint contribution and shared benefits.Community is an indispensable part of society,and the level of community governance directly reflects the progress and development of society to some extent.Therefore,community governance has become an indispensable research topic under the pattern of innovative social governance.With the deepening of the urbanization process,the diversified subjects and diversified needs of communities are intertwined,residents’ awareness of democratic management is gradually improved,and the role of public participation in community governance is increasingly prominent,becoming the focus of social attention.Based on this background,this paper is to the west coast of Qingdao city new city community governance of public participation as the main research object,with public participation theory,governance theory and the theory of social capital theory as the main research,through a lot of literature survey method,in-depth investigation in the form of interview method and problem analysis and research,This paper comprehensively summarizes the existing problems of public participation in community governance of West Coast New District in Qingdao,such as single structure of participants,lack of depth and breadth of participation types,mainly relying on government and community to promote participation,and lack of rich organizational forms of participation.Based on the analysis of the causes,the implementation plan of optimizing public participation in community governance of Qingdao West Coast New District is designed.And put forward a clear responsibilities of the government and the community system,strengthen the public participation in the information communication and build a perfect talent team and infrastructure security,build multivariate involved in organization,build the atmosphere to encourage public participation in five aspects,such as measures,in order to promote the west coast of the new city public participation in community governance and advice.
