| The current working policy of prisons in our country is "combining punishment with transformation and taking the education of people as the tenet".In terms of "combining punishment with transformation",it is the basic method and fundamental way to realize the purpose of prison work,and "taking the education of people as the tenet" is the overall requirement of prison work.In the daily work of prison police,the education of criminals to "regard the term of imprisonment as a learning period" is a common thinking.In this special "learning period",the education before releasing from prison at the end of the learning period-that is,the guidance education of returning-has a very important position.The guidance and education of returning is an effective way for criminals to eliminate the sense of prison and realize the resocialization.In the context of this policy,the thesis thins that S Prison has formed a lot of direct experience in the returning guidance and education of criminals through practice.However,it still has many deficiencies that can be further improved.Therefore,it carries out the research and innovation on the returning guidance education model of short-term criminals in S Prison.By making combination of the investigation,it improves and develops the actual situation from the perspective of practice,so as to make the returning guidance education play a more practical and effective role in the process of criminals’ transformation.The first two chapters of the thesis mainly makes summary of the topic selection background,research methods and basic concepts.The third chapter makes introduction to the general situation of returning guidance and education of short-term criminals in S Prison.According to the investigation of the fourth chapter,it analyzes the problems and reasons in the returning guidance education of S Prison.In the fifth chapter,it makes summary of some practical experiences of prisons at home and abroad,which tries to provide ideas and basis for the innovation of the formation model.In the sixth and seventh chapters,the research on the innovation mode mainly elaborates the construction of the "three +" mode of returning guidance and education,which innovates the returning guidance and education to a certain extent.In this way,it tries to better provide ideas for the education work of prison police.The innovation point of this thesis is to carry out the research from the perspective of the participants in the returning guidance and education.On the basis of the field research and practical work,it integrates the advantages and disadvantages of the returning guidance and education of medium and short-term criminals in S Prison,which also makes the construction of the "three+" innovation model,elaborates and explains the model. |
