On The Correction Of Female Offenders Education In The Short Period Of G Province Research Report On Difficulties And Outlets

Prison is the executing organ of penalty,the national organ of violence,and the organ of correcting criminals’ behavior.The psychological,physiological and social functions of female criminals are different from those of male criminals,so are the concepts and measures of educational correction.The new Criminal Procedure Law promulgated by the prison on January 1,2013 stipulates that criminals with a remaining sentence of more than three months must be handed over to the prison for unified detention,which has resulted in a large number of short-term criminals being held in prison,and the proportion of short-term criminals in prison has increased.At the same time,the probability of short-term criminals violating rules and disciplines is increasing year by year.In addition to the pressure of transformation and return of long-term criminals,the correctional police should also deal with sensitive,fragile or irritable short-term criminals,which makes the pressure of educational transformation increase and brings great challenges to prison management.By searching the conditions of 1473 new prisoners in the year of 2018,this paper analyses the differences between long-term criminals and short-term criminals,and understands the difficulties and key points in the reform of short-term criminals.In addition,103 short-term female criminals from 168 Prison Criminals in one of the prison areas were selected for multi-dimensional and deep-seated analysis in order to find a breakthrough to solve the short-term female criminals.First of all,we should help criminals themselves realize the function of reforming prisoners and help them return to society healthily;secondly,we should standardize the behavior of short-term female criminals from the institutional level and mobilize their enthusiasm for reformation;lastly,we should make efforts to change their views on criminals and help them better return to society through publicity at the social level.Reduce the rate of repeated crime.Through the study of how to strengthen the educational transformation of short-term criminals,the author tries to explore ways to maintain the security and stability of prisons.For the prison police who are engaged in the correction of female criminals at the grass-roots level,the study from a practical point of view has more practical significance.
