Research On The Promotion Of College Students’ Voluntary Service To People’s All-round Development In The New Era

Under the current global COVID-19 prevention and control background,voluntary service is of vital importance to the harmonious and healthy development of the whole society.By the beginning of 2022,the number of registered young volunteers in China had exceeded 90 million,with a total service time of more than470 million hours.Voluntary service is not only the way for students to participate in social activities in the new era,but also the way for college students to develop and improve themselves in the new era,but also the way to realize their all-round development.Based on the existing research results,this paper combs and summarizes the contents of College Students’ voluntary service and people’s all-round development.Based on the analysis of College Students’ voluntary service activities under the background of the new era,we can fundamentally grasp the relationship between College Students’ voluntary service and people’s all-round development.Firstly,college students’ voluntary service is carried out under the guidance of people’s all-round development theory;Secondly,the practice object of College Students’ voluntary service and the practice object of people’s all-round development are the same,with subject consistency;Finally,in the process of carrying out the activities of College Students’ voluntary service,everything takes promoting people’s all-round development as the core.On this basis,it further explains the three important values of College Students’ voluntary service in promoting people’s all-round development in the new era.They are to promote individual development,social development and cultural construction.However,there are some disadvantages in the development of College Students’ voluntary service in the new era.This paper obtains the current situation of College Students’ voluntary service through questionnaire survey.On this basis,it summarizes the problems existing in China’s College Students’ voluntary service in the new era,adheres to the problem orientation,and puts forward relevant countermeasures,so as to gradually improve the college students’ voluntary service system.From the personal level,we need to pay attention to the study of theory and have a deeper understanding of voluntary service;Actively participate in voluntary service activities to achieve people’s all-round development.At the level of colleges and universities,improve the voluntary service mechanism of colleges and universities;Integrate the spirit of voluntary service into the ideological and political classroom;Enrich campus volunteer culture.At the social level,improve the legislative mechanism and legal norms of voluntary service;Grasp the correct direction of the new era;Build a voluntary service platform focusing on information sharing and joint participation.In the context of the new era,college students’ voluntary service can provide a broader stage of self practice for college students,and promote their all-round development while improving their practical ability.
