| The level of the government’s ability to govern is an important factor affecting the harmonious development of the country’s economy and society and the level of comprehensive national strength.With the rapid development of the social economy,the new normal has higher requirements for the level of government governance,and the key to effective government governance lies in the quality and level of the civil servants.The selection and training of civil servants is a key link in the construction of civil servants.The training of civil servants is an important means to improve the quality and work ability of civil servants,and it is also an inevitable requirement to improve the level of government governance.It is imperative to improve the training system of civil servants and improve the ability and quality of civil servants.However,the current civil servant training system in my country is still in the primary development stage,and there are still many deficiencies,and the research on civil servant training starts late,especially the lack of distinction and refinement of the research objects of civil servant training.less.Strengthening the research on the training of civil servants at the grass-roots level has important practical significance for perfecting the training system and system of civil servants in our country.This paper takes the training of grass-roots civil servants in Xinbin Manchu Autonomous County as the research object,and uses the method of questionnaire survey to investigate the current situation of the training of grass-roots civil servants in Xinbin County.The survey found that the main problems in the training of grass-roots civil servants in Xinbin County are: the unit does not pay enough attention to the training;the training content lacks pertinence and scientificity;the training method is single and the training is not attractive;the training infrastructure is not perfect;Assessment results;imperfect conversion mechanism of training results;imperfect training institutions.The main reasons for these problems are: not establishing the correct training concept;lack of training demand analysis;lack of innovation in training methods,shortage of teachers;restriction of training funds and imperfect training effect evaluation mechanism;lack of effective incentive mechanism;The cooperation and competition mechanism of training institutions is not perfect.In response to the above problems,the following countermeasures and suggestions are put forward: change the training concept;improve the analysis of training needs and scientifically select the training content;innovate the training methods and improve the level of teachers;increase the investment in education and training,improve the construction of training infrastructure;improve the training effect evaluation mechanism;Improve the incentive mechanism and mobilize the enthusiasm of basic civil servants;promote the construction of diversified training institutions,and actively introduce market mechanisms.It is hoped that these countermeasures and suggestions can provide some references for improving the effect of the training of grass-roots civil servants. |
