Research On The Path Of Socialization Reform Of The Logistics Service Of The Organ

The institutional reform of our government is carried out intensively.The purpose is to build a streamlined and efficient government.Among them,the logistics department of government agencies is an indispensable part of government.The research on the socialization reform of government logistics has important value for standardizing the work of government affairs,reducing the operating cost of government agencies,guiding the logistics work of government agencies and building a conservation-oriented government.However,the current logistics reform still faces problems such as imperfect organization configuration,inconsistent service standards,unsatisfactory service expectations and unbalanced personnel management.According to the above problem,this article is based on the domestic and foreign research present situation and the government agencies logistics services related concepts and basic theory of socialization,logistics in Ebian county were the revenue authority as the research object,in the introduction phase of the reform of socialization of logistics system and situation,on the basis of study the logistics socialization reform of the existing problems and causes,and connecting with the domestic authority of logistical service socialization reform experience of enlightenment,Suggestions on the socialization of logistics service in Ebian County Tax Bureau are put forward.The research conclusions of this paper are as follows: First,the effectiveness of the socialization of logistics service in Ebian County Tax Bureau includes three aspects: careful calculation and cost control,eliminating the old and establishing new ideas,and strong supervision of grid management.Second,the problems existing in the logistics socialization reform of Ebian County Tax Bureau include the following four aspects: lack of perfect operation and management mechanism,difficulty in meeting the demand of property service,lack of rational use of human resources,and lack of sound laws and regulations.Thirdly,the reasons for the problems in the logistics socialization reform of Ebian County Tax Bureau include the following four aspects: the problems left over from history have not been effectively solved,the degree of logistics service socialization is still at a low level,the level of logistics management personnel is limited,and the process of legal construction of logistics service is slow.Fourthly,through the elaboration of the experience of the socialization reform of the logistics service of the domestic organs,this paper summarizes the enlightenment from three aspects: perfecting the policies and regulations of the socialization of the logistics service,optimizing the allocation of the logistics resources of the organs and forming a sound supervision and evaluation system.Fifth,from the macroscopic idea of tax reform of socialization of logistic services in Ebian county were,the perfection of the mechanism of organ logistics management,make standard of logistics management rules and service standards,improve the level of human resource management,improve the legal system of logistical service socialization and adhere to the administrative organ and the supervision and management of six aspects put forward policy Suggestions of tax authority logistics service socialization in Ebian county were.
