Research On Inner Mongolia Orans Logistics Services Standards System Under The Background Of Socialization Reform

Since the 18 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,national standards have been clearly used as a strategic tool to modernize China’s governance system and capacity.At the present stage,under the normal condition of comprehensively promoting the socialization reform of the logistics service of the organs,the administrative departments of government offices at all levels actively promote the standardization of the logistics service of the organs.In the process of exploring the standardization of the practical logistics service of the Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region,the theoretical and practical experience are relatively scarce,and there are many contradictions in the actual operation.This paper studies how to optimize the problems existing in the standardization of the logistics service in Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region,so as to play a good role in the standardization of the logistics service activities.In this paper,based on the new public management theory,the communist government theory and public goods theory,etc.The basic theory of public management,the autonomous region and each league city organ logistics service standardization construction implementation result,concretely introduces the autonomous region government office north and Baotou comprehensive office party organs logistics services standardization status quo.At present,in the standardization construction and implementation of logistics service in Inner Mongolia,due to the lack of standardization theory research,the lag of information construction,the imperfection of the rule of law construction,the weak performance incentive mechanism,and the lack of guidance and promotion of the league and cities,etc.,As a result,the standard quantity is insufficient,the standard at all levels is not smooth,the quota management is not perfect,the supervision and evaluation system is not perfect,the standardization development in various regions is not balanced and so on.According to the actual circumstance of our organs logistics,this paper put forward the theoretical study to strengthen top-level design,insist on “onebody two wings”development direction,strengthening the implementation of the application of constructive Suggestions,to further enhance the optimization of logistics management to ensure the service level,to improve the standardization of logistics service system to provide the reference value.
