Research On The Dilemma And Countermeasures Of Online Food Safety Supervision

In recent years,with the fusion of "+" Internet technology and traditional industry,has given rise to a series of emerging market forms,network food trade,the combination of the Internet and the food industry,soon occupied a place in the network market,and constantly to infiltrate the public’s daily life and to some extent,it has changed the way of life of the society.Now the food business mode of network market presents diversity,variability and complexity already from the original taobao,Tmall shopping platform for professional development to the present social electricity,live take goods,community group buying food,and other forms of network management pattern,and Meituan,hungry,led by the network order platform,network market of food is straight-line rise development.However,the disadvantages of the network food trading market itself,such as its virtual nature,concealment and information asymmetry,lead to frequent network food safety problems.At the same time,China’s network food safety supervision are not mature,whether from the perspective of laws and regulations or supervision system.Therefore,How to strengthen the supervision of network food safety has become an urgent research task.Q region is selected in this paper,to carry out investigation and research on its network food safety supervision.First of all,the research on network food safety supervision at home and abroad is summarized,and then expounds the concept of food safety regulation related network and can apply to this article research theoretical basis,including asymmetric information theory,government failure theory and stakeholder theory,in well,Combined with the above theories,questionnaires and interview Outlines were designed to obtain the online food safety information in Q zone from the perspective of consumers,regulators and third-party platforms,and the data were statistically analyzed to summarize the problems existing in the online food safety supervision in Q Zone.Including the chaos of the online food market,the difficulty of supervision,the insufficient supervision power of the regulatory department,the non-standard management of the third-party platform to the operators who enter the network and the weak awareness of the consumers of online food safety etc.and explain the causes of the problem,and develops point-to-point solutions to problems.It includes improving laws and regulations,optimizing personnel allocation,innovating supervision methods,strengthening the supervision of third-party platforms and promoting the formation of social co-governance atmosphere,etc.It is hoped that this paper can provide some theoretical reference for the further improvement of China’s online food safety supervision.
