It can be expected that food safety has always been a hot topic of great importance,judgment and sensitivity in the hearts of the public.Unfortunately,many food safety accidents can not be stopped.How to implement strong food safety supervision needs careful treatment and positive reflection,Regard the gradual improvement of food safety supervision ability as the purpose of analysis and knowledge seeking,evaluate the supervision status under the current situation in Chengdu,find the regrettable work and dig out the reasons.on the basis of this puts forward the further perfect Suggestions of Chengdu food safety supervision work.The results show that the current structure of food safety supervision in Chengdu is mainly as follows: A three-level food safety supervision system has been established,a relatively sound food safety supervision organization has been set up and a food safety supervision team has been established.The specific practices of supervision are as follows,We will continue to consolidate the foundation,implement the responsibility system,focus on the attention of all staff and respond to the crisis in advance.Grasp the problem management,strict inspection law enforcement,Adhere to the demonstration,send letters,shape work experience,and conduct research on business owners and public groups respectively.respondents generally have a high degree of satisfaction with food safety supervision,however,its problems occur frequently,and it is time to carry out research,the problems existing in the current food safety supervision work of Chengdu mainly includes: the supervision work mechanism perform poorly,The level of comprehensive management is very poor,and the capacity reserve of supervision deviates from the actual needs of supervision.We further understand that there are practical reasons behind the problems,such as the lack of supervision system,the pattern of social work,it is necessary to reform the food safety regulatory team construction is not in place.In order to solve these problems,this article related areas at home and abroad for reference,the advanced experience of practice in food safety regulation,Constantly enrich and supplement the framework of food safety supervision,establish a food safety social work pattern,enhance the level of food safety regulation ability three aspects put forward the corresponding suggestion,provide reference for the current government perfect food regulatory system.
