| With the acceleration of aging process,the elderly’s demand for high-quality care services is increasing.The integration of medical care and maintenance into home care services is beneficial to the realization of healthy aging.Family care beds are the key old-age service mode implemented by the state at present,They are the concentrated embodiment of the integrated medical and maintenance service mode.They provide professional medical and maintenance services for the elderly and effectively resolve the dilemma of limited institutional endowment resources.Based on the basic characteristics of home care and community care in Hangzhou,this paper evaluates the implementation of family care bed system according to scientific standards and evaluation methods according to the relevant policies of family care bed system,and puts forward relevant suggestions for policy optimization according to the evaluation results to improve the implementation effect of the policy.By designing the questionnaire on the investigation of typical community,to conduct in-depth interviews to old man signing,by collecting data to understand the old hand in the reality of pension service demand and supply situation of the family endowment beds service,the existing service evaluation standard of verification and correction,a more comprehensive and accurate analysis of the existing policy implementation effect.As the family care function is greatly weakened,nursing institutions are difficult to provide medical needs,hospitals are difficult to provide care services,and traditional services are difficult to supervise and so on,family nursing beds are innovative measures to meet the realistic needs.Through relevant policies and practice results introduced the status quo of family endowment beds service,summarizes the existing in the development system is not sound,the content of a single,low running efficiency low,lack of talent,subsidies,and multiple subject analysis mainly is the lack of participation,lack of effective supply,low utilization rate of equipment,lack of the introduction of professional talent,and inadequate financial investment.At last,we draw lessons from the advanced experience at home and abroad and provide measures and advises for promoting the development of family pension beds from the aspects of system,service content,infrastructure,talent construction and fund guarantee. |
