| According to the data from the seventh National census,the proportion of the population aged 60 and above in China reached 18.70%,5.44 percentage points higher than that in 2010.China’s population development shows obvious characteristics of aging and aging.Exploring innovative and universal ways of providing for the aged in accordance with national conditions under the background of "getting old before getting rich" and "getting old before getting ready" is a serious social problem facing China at present and even in a longer period of time,and a strategic obstacle to promoting high-quality economic and social development and realizing the second Centenary Goal.In the context of aging population in China,the model of community home care with the combination of medical care and nursing is an important means to resolve the contradiction between supply and demand of nursing resources.Based on this,this article on the basis of the theory and literature research,the changchun city medical have combined with current situation of the development of community endowment patterns that occupy the home to a wide range of unstructured interview and questionnaire,and through the factor analysis to fully disclose the changchun city community home endowment development present situation and existing problems,and the intrinsic reason carried on the thorough analysis,at the same time,The successful cases and typical models of the development of the combination of medical care and community home care in The United Kingdom,Japan,Singapore,Shanghai,Guangzhou,Shandong and other domestic and foreign countries were analyzed,the common law was summarized and the individual characteristics were refined,and the model design and realization path of the optimization of the development of the combination of medical care and community home care in Changchun were proposed.The main conclusions of this paper are as follows: First,the pressure of population aging in Changchun is increasing,and the problem of population aging is becoming more and more prominent.Since the sixth population census,the proportion of the elderly aged 60 and above in changchun’s total population has increased to 20.85%,far exceeding the international standard of population aging,and the pressure of population aging continues to increase.The dependency ratio of the elderly has increased from 16.98%to 31.11%,far surpassing the growth rate of the dependency ratio of young people and children.The old-age care problem for the elderly is prominent,and it is extremely urgent to build a new old-age care model combining community and home care with medical care.Second,the comprehensive satisfaction degree of community home care service in Changchun is above the average level,but the satisfaction degree of spiritual comfort dimension indexes such as community cultural entertainment activities,community psychological counseling and other indexes such as professionalism of community service and completeness of community medical facilities is not high,which is the weak link in the development.Third,the main problems existing in the development process of community home care services in Changchun include: Policies and service systems are not perfect,people’s thoughts and perceptions are relatively backward,capital investment is insufficient,and high-level professional and technical personnel are lacking.The main reasons are that downward pressure on economic development continues to increase,and the system and mechanism of combining medical care with community-based care for the elderly is not sound enough to attract talents,and high-level brain drain is serious.Finally,based on the results of theoretical and empirical analysis,and based on the development of Changchun city,the realization path of changchun city to promote the combination of medical care and community home care model is proposed from the perspectives of the government,society and community platforms. |
