Research On The Embedded Old-age Care Model Of The Combination Of Medicaland Nursing In My Country

The embedded old-age care model combining medical care and elderly care is not only the development direction of healthy aging,but also an important carrier for the elderly to live a happy old age.At the end of October 2020,the Fifth Plenary Session of the 19 th CPC Central Committee clearly put forward the requirements of actively responding to the aging of population,accelerating the establishment of a home-based,institution based,medical care and health care service system.The choice of pension model has been widely concerned by scholars,but the research focuses on the embedded pension model,and the research on the combination of medical care and pension is insufficient.Generally,theoretical research is carried out from the perspective of definition and concept,lacking of case study and empirical research.The research on the management of the embedded pension model of the combination of medical care and pension often only verifies the embedded pension model of the combination of medical care and pension from the theoretical or empirical level,and fails to effectively reveal the internal advantages of the embedded pension model of the combination of medical care and pension and the internal mechanism of the role of pension services.Therefore,it is quite necessary for this article to choose to explore the embedded elderly care model of the combination of medical and elderly care.The paper analyzes the theoretical basis of the research on the embedded elderly care model based on the integration of medical care and elderly care based on the theory of indigenous living for the elderly,the theory of social embedding and the theory of welfare pluralism,and through questionnaire surveys,interviews,case analysis and other sociological analysis methods,factor analysis,and regression analysis and other statistical analysis methods,studied the development status of the embedded elderly care model with integrated medical care,as well as the existing problems and the reasons behind the problems;This paper explores the construction of the embedded pension model of the combination of medical care and pension service in China from the aspects of structural reform and policy making,the connection of medical care and pension service mechanism,the establishment and improvement of the combination of medical care and pension system,and the balance between supply and demand of pension service.On the basis of the effective integration of elderly care services and medical resources,we hope to meet the needs of the embedded elderly care model that integrates the elderly with medical care to the greatest extent.The results show that there are many kinds of agency relationships in the embedded pension model of combination of medical care and pension in China,which implies multiple complex game behaviors.In this multiple agency and multiple game relationship,the relevant government departments,the embedded pension institutions of combination of medical care and pension,the elderly groups and other game subjects have different constraints,interest demands,dynamic mechanisms and strategy choices.Secondly,it is difficult to construct the relationship of collaborative governance;On this basis,this paper constructs the path of the embedded pension model of the combination of medical care and pension,analyzes and forecasts the demand of pension service from the perspective of supply and demand matching of the embedded pension model of the combination of medical care and pension,so as to realize the effective supply of pension service.
