The Research On The Social Pension Service Mode Of Medical-nursing Care In China

Our country is in a phase of rapid ageing,the aging population is becoming more and more obvious and family endowment functions increasingly weaken.Coupled with the increased risk of disease of modern society,the probability of chronic disease and serious illness is large,and higher medical costs and spending has the characteristics of long-term and sustainable.This has aggravated the aging of the severity of the problem,so we need to effectively solve the demand of the medical and nursing.And the domestic long-term the separation model of medical and nursing leads to the contradiction between the supply and demand of medical care in the elderly,which has promoted the reform of the independent separation of the existing pension and medical style.So,under double pressures of the population aging process and phenomenon increasingly common chronic illnesses,the social pension service mode of medical-nursing care is China’s new expectations under the background of aging population,and also is a new way of thinking to alleviate the unreasonable resource allocation of the medical and the pension field in China.This new type of pension service model is the modern medical service technology combined with an efficient and pension service implementation which realized innovation of the old-age security model of “sick cure,no disease rehabilitation”,and it has become a new direction for the development of old-age service during “the 13 th five-year”.Based on the existing research results and on the basis of relevant theories,this paper elaborates the research background,significance and research situation of domestic and foreign experts,at the same time,the paper introduced the research ideas and research framework of this article.Meanwhile,this paper defines the concept of connotation of healthy aging,medical-nursing care and the social pension service mode of medical-nursing care,and it points out that the model is not an independent endowment mode,but the organic integration of pension and health care resources,which is a method or means to achieve optimal allocation of resources and to achieve the purpose of the elderly health endowment.Meanwhile,this paper analyzes the development status of the policy evolution and practice type of this mode,and in the form of case analysis introduces the three existing practice types of built-in,linkage and radiation,in addition,carried out these three models with specific analysis and comprehensive comparative.On the basis of the research current situation of the development of the social pension service mode of medical-nursing care,this paper analysis supply bottlenecks and demand dilemma in the concrete practice,and put forward the healthy feasible development path of the mode.This paper considers thatthe feasible path of development includes three aspects: the first,clear service orientation and strengthen the concept support;the second,improve policy design and improve system supply;the third is to optimize synergistic strategy,innovate long-term mechanism.In this way,it can effectively integrate medical resources and old-age service and meet the multiple requirements of elderly and promote healthy aging.
