Research On The Problems And Countermeasures Of Elderly Care Services In The Deep Aging Community

At this stage,the trend of population aging in our country has increased significantly.In order to better relieve the pressure of aging,the Chinese government must pay attention to it.The important challenges facing the society should also be paid attention to.Moreover,there were some disadvantages in the traditional family and organization retirement models,which didn’t match the rapid growth of aging.Therefore,community pension is the current new development model,and its role should also be valued by us.Based on the community participation theory,Maslow’s hierarchy of needs theory and other related theories,this paper conducts a comprehensive demonstration through questionnaire research,interview and other methods,conducts a case study on the development of community elderly care services in Yanliang District of Xi’an,focuses on the analysis of the problems existing in China’s community elderly care services at the present stage,and selects the community elderly in Yanliang District of Xi’an as the research object,and analyzes their basic situation Medical and other aspects have been investigated,the model of community pension has been analyzed,and the specific situation of the gap between the needs of the elderly and the actual situation has been discussed.And take this as a guide to analyze,summarize and conclude that the current community elderly care service in Yanliang District has a single content of community elderly care service;Imperfect infrastructure construction;The professional level of community elderly care service is low;At the same time,it further explores the main reasons for the insufficient participation of social organizations,mainly due to the imperfect community elderly care service system,insufficient government capital investment,lack of community elderly care professionals,inadequate publicity of community elderly care services,and finally puts forward countermeasures and suggestions to improve community elderly care,that is,to build diversified community elderly care services,strengthen the role of government financial support Strengthen the construction of community elderly care service talent team and promote the diversified publicity of community elderly care.At present,there are few researches on the specific needs of the elderly in the community-based elderly care services for deep aging.This paper takes this as the starting point,and by analyzing the community elderly care service needs of the elderly,it puts forward suggestions for improvement,so as to have the characteristics of Xi’an’s deep aging.Taking Yanliang District as an example,through further analysis,in order to improve the current situation of community pension in Yanliang District.This paper provides new reference and ideas for the service of the elderly,which is not only of practical significance,but also a new attempt and exploration at the theoretical level.
