[Objectives] In order to solve elderly’s needs in daily life such as health care demand,daily service demand, spiritual and cultural needs, etc. This research built the urban elderly health services demand model on the basis of a questionnaire survey, this model could solve health and everyday life problems the elderly might face in life.[Methods] First of all, this research conducted sufficient literature analysis, and then analyzed the urban community endowment service needs of the elderly through the questionnaire survey, and used the SPSS12.0 to analyze the results of the survey, at last,this research combined the statistical analysis results and the latest information technology to build comprehensive service mode.[Results] the main results of this study are as follows:(1)On referring to the domestic and foreign research of community elderly pension survey, we determined the urban elderly pension demand questionnaire, including three parts 37 items. By examining the reliability and validity of the questionnaire, we got the Cronbach’s α coefficients of the three parts of the questionnaire, which were 0.84, 0.836,0.838, and the total Cronbach’s α coefficient was 0.914, KMO value was 0.86, and Bartlett P value is less than 0.001, showing that the questionnaire had good reliability and validity, and could make the corresponding questionnaire survey.(2) Through the analysis of the endowment service needs of the elderly, we found that51% of the elderly considered themselves in general health, and most in need of prevention and health care service. Medical expenditures had occupied 31% of spending in their daily life. What the elderly need most were spiritual and cultural needs, including the hope of organizational culture activities, entertainment, etc. More than 80% of the elderly were willing to transmit their geographic location and health status. By analyzing the factors that affect the elderly health service consumption, we found that the educational level,self-conscious health condition and high blood pressure, diabetes, heart disease and heart cerebrovascular disease prevalence will influence the elderly health service consumption spending. By analyzing the factors that influence the old people’s choice of medical sites,we found that the significant factors were the medical units of medical equipment configuration, self-conscious health condition and prevalence of chronic diseases.(3) On the bases of the analysis of the elderly pension service demand, this research established urban community pension service model including body sensor network, family health care system community endowment service mode and medical integration service center. By using the information technology, this model could bring the real-time transmission of information into reality, so as to expand the scope of medical services and to ensure the elderly’s daily life.[Conclusions] The urban community endowment service mode could realize real-time monitoring and early warning in face of emergency with the integration of social resources,so as to ensure the elderly’s quality of life.
