Research On The Construction Of Party-mass Relations At The Rural Grassroots Level In The New Era

Since the beginning of the new era,the the Communist Party of China(CPC)has made remarkable achievements in its beneficial exploration and practice of grass-roots party-mass relations.In modern party politics,as the core issue,the party-masses relationship is the booster of the development of CPC and the political foundation of the stable development of the country.As a large agricultural country in China,farmers account for the majority of the population,it is urgent to deal with the relationship between farmers and grass-roots party organizations.Therefore,exploring the relationship between the rural grass-roots party and the masses has a strong practical relevance and value of the times.In this paper,the rural grass-roots party-mass relations as the object of study,follow the definition of connotation-analysis of the status quo-reasons-countermeasures to explore the logic of the main line.At the theoretical level,this paper integrates the related discussions and clarifies the concrete connotation of the rural grass-roots party-masses relationship.In the empirical level,this paper selects Ping Yi County in Shandong Province as the research sample,uses the questionnaire to investigate the rural grass-roots party-masses relationship.Results We found that since the new era,the rural grass-roots party-masses relationship in the region has achieved remarkable results,mainly as follows: the carrier of party-masses relationship is becoming increasingly perfect;the implementation of the policy of benefiting farmers is strengthened;the party’s style of work has achieved remarkable results.At the same time,there are some prominent problems in this area,such as the awareness of the masses needs to be improved,the minority Party members neglect the interests of the masses,the function of the grass-roots Party organizations is insufficient,and the supervision of the masses is insufficient.The deep-seated reasons are that the main role of the masses is not fully demonstrated,the traditional pattern of distribution of interests is not perfect,the grass-roots party organization positioning is not clear and the supervision system is not sound.In view of the present situation investigation reflected the question,this article proposed the close countryside basic unit party masses relations concrete countermeasure.Firstly,we should give full play to the principal role of the masses of farmers,and achieve the improvement of the level of "mass" in the "party-masses relationship" by enhancing the rights and powers of the villagers;secondly,we should do a good job in the protection of the interests of the rural masses,and practice the purpose of grassroots party organizations to serve the people by playing the function of interest integration,perfecting the public service system and perfecting the interest coordination mechanism;thirdly,we should strengthen the construction of service-oriented grassroots party organizations,and achieve the improvement of the level of "Party" in the "party-masses relationship" by enhancing the advanced nature of the party organizations and giving play to the leading role of the party building;finally,we should improve the supervision system of the grassroots masses,and realize the normalization of the exercise of power of party members by enhancing the masses’ supervision awareness,smoothing out the channels of mass supervision and strengthening the system guarantee of mass supervision,so as to enhance the enthusiasm of farmers in participation and further strengthen the relationship between the rural grassroots party and the masses.
