A Study On The Problems And Countermeasures Of The Deputies To He County County People S Congress In Guangdong Province

The People’s Congress is the representative organ of China,and the National People’s Congress is the highest organ of power.Because of China’s basic national conditions,the National People’s Congress adopts two systems of indirect election and part-time system.Under the part-time system,whether the performance of deputies is affected by their own work,whether there are common problems in the performance of NPC deputies’ duties,what are the causes of the problems,and whether the governments at all levels have put in place optimized measures to solve the problems existing in the performance of NPC deputies’ duties at present,and what are the results achieved,these questions are worth studying.Based on the analysis of the domestic and foreign theories on the performance of the duties of the deputies to the People’s Congress,this paper takes the performance of the deputies to the Sixteen County People’s congresses in he county,Guangdong Province as the research object,and defines and analyzes the related concepts,connotations and requirements of the performance of the duties of the deputies to the county people’s Congress,this paper analyzes the problems existing in the performance of the duties of the deputies to the county people’s Congress in He county,analyzes the deep-seated reasons behind the performance problems of the deputies to the county people’s Congress,and puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions for improving the performance problems of the deputies to the county people’s Congress.
