Research On The Function Of County Government In Building Of The Characteristic Town Of Black Tea Town In Anhua

The successful convening of the 19 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China represents that China’s social development has entered a new era,and social contradictions have also changed.Promoting the unified and coordinated development of urban and rural areas is an important measure to solve this contradiction.In recent years,in order to coordinate urban and rural development,China has begun to actively explore the construction of characteristic towns.Characteristic towns are a new urbanization mode,which plays an important role in promoting social and economic development.Hunan province actively responds to the call of the state,and is committed to building a number of characteristic towns,such as strong industrial towns,famous tourist towns,trade towns and so on.Anhua County enjoys the reputation of "The hometown of dark tea in China" and occupies an important position in the tea industry of Hunan Province.With the strong support of governments at all levels,some towns and villages in Anhua County also begin to explore the construction of characteristic towns,such as Jiangnan Town and Tian zhuang township.However,in the process of building a characteristic town dominated by anhua dark tea industry,many problems have gradually emerged.In view of this,in the process of building a characteristic town in Anhua County,how to give full play to the role of the government is one of the primary concerns of the local government.In this paper,from the perspective of new public service theory,based on Anhua.we will act black tea town development present situation,through visit talks,questionnaire polls,on-the-spot investigation,literature,etc,in the process of construction in the small town of characteristics,the role of the government at the county level,analyzes the existing problems and the cause of the problem,and gives some specific Suggestions and measures in view of the problem.The research results of this paper hope to provide theoretical basis for Anhua County government to promote the construction of dark tea characteristic town,and at the same time,provide case reference for the construction of characteristic town in other areas in the future.
