Research On Women’s Labor Production In The Taihang Anti-Japanese Base Area

Before the outbreak of the War of Resistance Against Japanese Aggression in 1937,most of the women in the Taihang Revolutionary Base Area were "housework machines" that "circled around the stove and did not take more than two steps",always playing the role of the daughter of their parents and the accessories of their husbands.During the period of the All-out War of Resistance Against Japanese Aggression,the Communist Party of China,faced with the critical situation of extreme shortage of labor force and stagnation in the development of the production industry in the base areas,organized the vast number of women to go out of their homes to participate in labor production,and gave them a series of guidance and assistance.This paper is divided into five parts: the first part of the introduction,the purpose of the article writing,the significance,the current situation of domestic and foreign research,innovation points and difficulties,research content to briefly expound,paving the way for the following;the second part of the taihang revolutionary base area during the period of the all-round war of resistance to make a contour introduction to the historical background of women’s participation in labor production in the Taihang revolutionary base area,comprehensively portray the social environment of women in the Taihang district before the War of Resistance Against Japanese Aggression,thus explaining the necessity and urgency of women’s labor production for the basic system,and sorting out the government’s guiding documents on women’s participation in production in stages,to clarify the goals and directions of women’s labor production;The third part takes history as a mirror and uses a large number of historical data as support to show the specific situation of women’s participation in agriculture,textile industry,and sideline production in Taihang District,which provides strong support for the economic development of the base areas;the fourth part evaluates the process and results of women’s production in Taihang District during the War of Resistance,including summarizing the characteristics of women’s labor production,summarizing the impact of women’s labor production,and summarizing and reflecting on the shortcomings in women’s labor production.The fifth part summarizes experience and enlightenment,and expounds on the production situation of women in the Taihang District during the period of the all-round War of Resistance against Japanese Aggression from three aspects: adhering to the party’s correct leadership,attaching importance to the status of women,and summing up the experience of accumulating mistakes in a timely manner,so as to draw some reference to the work of women in today’s society,and point out that our party should continue to attach importance to women’s work,provide women with more opportunities to participate in social activities,and maintain social stability and prosperity.Based on the historical data,collected by the developing circumstance of the taihang anti-japanese base area women labor production were analyzed,and the summary to comb the development course,introduce a woman to engage in labor production of many types,analysis of women’s labor production and its positive role to the society,and summarize the shortage of women in labor process to further examine the taihang base society,Supplement and perfect the research on base areas,and truly make the past serve the present,and provide reference for women’s work in the new era.
