Research On The Problems And Countermeasures Of Hainan Procuratorial Organs Stationed In Township Procuratorates

The procuratorial organ is the legal supervisory organ of the state.How to make legal supervision go deep into rural areas and towns,fill in the blank of legal supervision in rural areas and towns at the grassroots level,improve the judicial framework at the grassroots level and strengthen the judicial supervision of law enforcement at the grassroots level has been the problem that the procuratorial organs throughout the country have been exploring and solving.It is a useful,bold and timely attempt to dispatch theprocuratorial offices stationed in villages and towns.ts mission is to take root at the grass-roots level,face the grass-roots level and serve the grass-roots level,so that the procuratorial and supervisory work can achieve tangible results in the foundation.The author has certain experience in procuratorial work,and has personally witnessed the development of the procuratorial offices stationed in villages and towns in Hainan,Especially after the reform of the National Supervision System,the judicial responsibility system and the internal procuratorial organs,the functions of the township procuratorates have been greatly adjusted.Under the background of great reform,there are some outstanding problems in the process of development,such as function reorientation,development direction,etc.The author has maintained the attention and the ponder regarding these questions.In the process of opening and writing this paper,the author has a deeper understanding of the construction of the villages and towns’ procuratorates in Hainan Province by means of investigation,visiting the villages and towns’ procuratorates and consulting relevant materials.This article is divided into six parts: the first part,the introduction;the second part,the legal basis and practical overview of the procuratorate stationed in towns and villages;the third part,the function adjustment and general overview of the township procuratorate stationed in Hainan;The fourth part,the characteristics and evaluation of Hainan’s dispatched township procuratorate;the fifth part,the problems existing in Hainan’s township procuratorate;the sixth part,the countermeasures and suggestions of Hainan’s dispatched township procuratorate.The research methods of this paper are mainly literature research method,empirical research method and comparative research method.Based on the field investigation of the township procuratorate stationed in Hainan,this paper studies and analyzes the main problems existing in the establishment and development of the township procuratorate in Hainan,and gives countermeasures and suggestions for solving the existing problems.The research results of this paper can provide valuable and referential countermeasures and suggestions for the steady development of Hainan township procuratorial offices,it is of great significance to strengthen the procuratorial work in rural areas and promote the transformation of the township procuratorial offices.
