Study On The Openness Of Procuratorial Affairs Of Procuratorial Organs In Hainan Province

The information disclosure is an important measure to promote the reform of the judicial system comprehensively and improve the operation of procuratorial power.Carrying out information disclosure is a requirement for procuratorial power to accept restrictions,and operate openly and transparently.It is of great significance for regulating judicial behavior,improving the ability of handling cases,safeguarding the people’s right to know,and maintaining social fairness and justice.Taking the procuratorate of Hainan Province as the research object,this thesis analyzes the implementation status of its information disclosure and summarizes the existing problems and the causes.By drawing on the practice of information disclosure by foreign developed countries and domestic advanced regional procuratorial organs,this thesis proposes countermeasures and suggestions for improving the procuratorial information disclosure,so as to provide a valuable reference for the development of information disclosures in procuratorial organs of Hainan Province.This thesis comprehensively summarizes the disclosure of information on procuratorial government affairs and case information of Hainan Province.Because the ideology of the procurator has not changed,the working capability needs to be strengthened and the evaluation mechanism is not perfect,it has caused many problems.For example,not much attention is paying to the information disclosure,the disclosure content is not comprehensive,the disclosure channel needs to be broadened,the interpretation of the law to the public is too easy,and the relevant supporting mechanisms are not perfect.These aboved problems have largely hindered the comprehensive development of the procuratorial information disclosure.In response to these problems,this thesis draws on the relevant experience of the information disclosure of the US and the Sichuan procuratorial organs,and proposes corresponding countermeasures,which include raising the awareness and responsibility of the procuratorial personnel,expanding the scope and broadening the inspection of information disclosure,improving the professional level of the procuratorial personnel,strengthening the interpretation of the law,and improving the relevant supporting mechanisms.
