Research On The Relationship Of Job Burnout,Job Satisfaction And Perceived Organizational Support Of Vocational College Teachers

With the continuous improvement of Public Administration(PA)theory,the PA departments follow scientific methods to formulate public policies and offer high-quality public services to the public.As the important part of higher education,vocational college has the responsibility to offer the high-quality vocational education services to public.Teachers are the core competitiveness of vocational colleges,the construction of talent team has become one of the important management work of vocational colleges.This study examines the condition of job burnout,job satisfaction and perceived organizational support(POS)of all Y-College teachers in Guangdong province and discusses the relationship of the three and deeply explore the adjustment effect of POS.SPSS 25.0 was used for data analysis in this study.It analyzes the condition of job burnout,job satisfaction and POS by descriptive statistics,verifies the validity and reliability of each factor,analyzes the different of demographic variables by T-test,explores the relationship of each factor by correlation analysis,examines the adjustment effect of POS by regression analysis.According to the result of this research,combining with the relevant policies of education departments of official on the construction of higher education talent team.We offer 12 suggestions in 4 aspects:Strengthening normal education,Perfecting development system,Strengthening leadership management and improving management system from the view of PA policy and self-management of vocational colleges.
