Study On The Influencing Factors Of Township Public Officials’Work Stress,Job Input And Organizational Identity And Their Interrelationship

In recent years,work stress and various social pressures have become an important factor affecting the mental health of Chinese residents.Discipline research on work stress has also attracted more and more attention.Under the background of the new era,political and economic reform has stepped into the Deepwater areas,social transformation has been further accelerated,social structure is undergoing profound changes,the challenges faced by civil servants are intensifying,and the work stress of township civil servants is also facing new problems and new challenges.It is also imminent to face up to the work stress of township public servants,study its influencing factors and put forward corresponding solutions.On the basis of consulting a large number of documents,this paper conducts an empirical study on the work stress of township public servants by using the social research method of combining questionnaire survey and interview survey.Taking the work input and organizational identity of township civil servants as the influencing factors,this paper explores the relationship between work stress and work engagement of township civil servants,the relationship between work stress and organizational identity,and the relationship between work engagement and organizational identity.Based on a questionnaire survey of 386 township civil servants and in-depth interviews,the final conclusions are as follows:1.Based on the revised "Young Civil Servants’Work Stress Scale" by the scholar Qin Xiaolei,the author obtains the Township Civil Servants’ Work Stress Measurement Scale after revision.Its reliability,validity,relevance and discrimination have good effects,and can be used as the Township Civil Servants’Work Stress Measurement Scale.2.The results show that the overall work stress of township public servants is heavier,among which the pressure from the work itself,organizational structure and organizational orientation are the greatest,all of which belong to the heavy pressure.Among the township public servants,the five offices of the Party and government,poverty alleviation,letters and visits,comprehensive management and organization are under the greatest pressure.Through the study,it is found that township civil servants often hold several jobs,and the more business they need to be responsible for,the more pressure they feel.The order of the level of business pressure from high to low is poverty alleviation,party and government,letters and visits,other,propaganda.3.There is a significant relationship between the work stress of township civil servants and gender,in which the degree of male work stress is greater than that of female;the marital status of township civil servants has no significant impact on the work stress;the work stress of township civil servants has a significant relationship with the work area,among which the work stress of township civil servants in N city is greater than that in central region;the influence of age on the work stress is not obvious;Work years have a significant impact on the dimensions of work itself,while the rest have no significant impact;the nature of organization has a significant impact on the dimensions of work itself,career development,role stress,work relationship,organizational orientation and organizational structure;education background has a significant impact on career development,role stress organizational orientation and organizational structure stress source dimension,while the rest have a significant impact.It is not obvious;job rank has a significant impact on job itself,career development,role stress,work relationship,organizational structure and organizational orientation stress source dimension;annual income has no significant impact on job stress.4.The work input of township public servants is at a high level as a whole.Gender has influence on the dimension of dedication in work engagement,but there is no significant difference in the other dimensions;marital status has significant influence on work engagement;work area only has influence on the dimension of focus in work engagement,and the other dimensions have no significant difference;age has significant difference on work engagement;working years,establishment and education background;job rank has significant influence on the state of work engagement of township civil servants.There are significant differences;annual income has no significant difference on the work engagement status of township civil servants.5.The overall organizational identity of township public servants is at a high level.There is no significant difference in organizational identity between different genders;marriage status has significant difference in organizational identity;work area has no significant influence on organizational identity.Age has significant difference in organizational identity;length of work has significant difference in organizational identity;length of work,establishment,education background;position grade has significant difference in organizational identity of township civil servants;annual income has no significant difference in organizational identity of township civil servants.6.Regression analysis showed that gender,job rank,nature of staffing,length of service and job stress were significantly correlated with other variables,while the rest were not significantly correlated with job stress.Educational background,job rank,marital status and work engagement were significantly correlated,while other variables,such as gender,organizational nature and age,were not significantly correlated with work engagement.7.Work stress is negatively correlated with work engagement.The more energetic,dedicated and dedicated a worker,the more positive he sees work stress;Organizational identity is negatively correlated with work stress,and the more he identifies with the organizer,the less he feels work stress;Organizational identity is positively correlated with work engagement,and the more he identifies with the organization,the more he can work.Investment.In view of the current situation of work stress,the paper puts forward countermeasures and suggestions.
