With the improvement of the country’s legal system construction and the development of market economy,the world legal service market is gradually opening and integrating.How to seize the opportunity,avoid the crisis,make full use of the law firm’s own resources and advantages,and obtain obvious development advantages in the extremely fierce market competition,has become a difficult problem faced by the entire lawyer industry.After more than 20 years of development,TW Law Firm has become one of the most influential law firms in Guangxi.However,with the expansion of business scale,the diversification of business scope and the complexity of lawyers,it is urgent to formulate a reasonable development strategy in the future to face the fierce market competition.In the future,it is urgent to formulate a reasonable development strategy to face the fierce market competition.Therefore,this study analyzes the internal and external environment of TW Law Firm as a whole,and combines its own advantages to establish strategic goals and specific development strategies that meet its future development needs.The thesis starts with the basic theory of enterprise strategic management,and systematically analyzes the relevant strategic management theories of domestic and foreign law firms.Then,using the methods of PEST analysis,Porter’s five forces model analysis,SWOT analysis,and comprehensive analysis of internal and external factors,it analyzes the strategic combination of TW law firms,and concludes that TW law firms should adopt a growth strategy.Specific strategies include horizontal integration,diversification and differentiation.Finally,according to the strategic choice,the strategic implementation measures of TW Law Firm are put forward: build a digital law firm;optimize the marketing model;Expand new business areas,improve the professional level of the team,set up branches,and promote the nationalization of business;expand foreign-related business;Strengthen brand building.This study discusses the future development strategy of TW law firm through the case analysis of TW law firm,hoping to inspire and refer to other law firms.
