Research On The Development Strategy Of Inner Mongolia Mengwang Law Firm

With the rapid economic and social development of our country and the optimization of the legal environment year by year,the legal consciousness of the masses is increasing day by day,and the demand for legal services is becoming more and more vigorous.As a result,the law firm industry in our country has been booming unprecedentedly.By the end of 2018,the whole country has 30000 law firm and 426 thousands lawyer practitioners.However,due to the lack of market management of legal services,the large number of law firms,the uneven quality of services,and the influx of some foreign law firms,the competition in China's law firms is bound to become increasingly fierce.Therefore,clarifying the future development strategy direction and the focus of legal services has become the most urgent task of all law firms in this industry.Based on this,this paper takes Inner Mongolia Mengwang Law Firm as the research object,and comprehensively uses the relevant theories and methods of enterprise development strategy,aiming at exploring the development strategy and legal service focus of the firm.Firstly,on the basis of reviewing the current situation of Mengwang Law Firm in Inner Mongolia,the paper analyses the main problems existing in the Firm,then sums up the development opportunities and challenges faced by Mengwang Law Firm by analyzing its external macro-environment and industry environment,and compares and analyses its internal resources and capabilities.Conditions,summed up their own comparative advantages and disadvantages;then,using SWOT analysis method,summed up the development strategy of Inner Mongolia Mongwang Law Firm.Finally,the paper puts forward specific measures to ensure the implementation of the above development strategies and priorities.Through this study,on the one hand,I hope to clarify the future development strategy and key points for Inner Mongolia Mongwang Law Firm in the fierce market competition environment,to achieve healthy and steady survival and development;on the other hand,I hope to provide reference for the development of other law firms of comparable level.
