Research On The Development Strategy Of Huicong Law Firm

The system of lawyers in China since 1978,has been more than 30 years,its reform and development has made great achievements,which of course includes the partnership law firms to grow.But now,in our country the strategy of rule by law under the guidance of the excellent environment,small and medium-sized partnership law firms are facing the problem of sustainable development.This is a realistic problem,but also a heavy topic.In the fierce competition in the legal service market,small and medium-sized law firm under enormous pressure,is facing the enormous challenge.Judging from the current situation,small and medium-sized law firm in the short term,in accordance with the old model to achieve survival is also not difficult.However,from the development trend of future lawyers,for small and medium-sized firms,is bound to go.do not enter.Therefore,from the strategic level of firm’s current situation,develop the future direction of development has become necessary.Perhaps say,law firms to move forward,the strategy must go ahead of the rest.In this paper,combined with the Hui Cong law firm’s practice,the use of SWOT analysis,from the strategic level to the law firm’s future development planning and design.The full text divides into seven chapters,the first chapter briefly introduces the research background,research meaning and purpose,research summary.The second chapter focuses on the related theories of interpretation,the lawyer system and the strategy of combining theory,the third chapter and the fourth chapter separately according to law firm practice,on the analysis of internal and external environment,for the fifth chapter of SWOT analysis and strategic goals of providing a base material.The fifth chapter uses SWOT analysis method,and through the form,undertake the strategy combination,positioning,and ultimately determine the development strategy for HC,sixth chapter in the establishment of professional strategic positioning,combined with the practical formulation of HC some implement measures,carry out the relevant system reform and perfection.Finally is the conclusion of this paper,briefly summarizes,illustrate the characteristics,pointed out the insufficiency.
