In recent thirty years,in the process of professionalization of lawyers in China,the legal services provided by lawyers has become an indispensable and substitute force in the construction of democracy and rule of law in China.Since the eighteen Party’s Congress,the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China,headed by General Secretary Xi Jinping,has attached great importance to the construction of lawyers and lawyers.C law firm is a national comprehensive law firm based in Shanghai.C law firm has become one of the top law firms in China by virtue of its outstanding social responsibility and excellent service performance.However,because of the large scale of the C law firm,the management model is not scientific and delicate.There is no positioning analysis for the future development market.There is a universal characteristic in the Chinese lawyer circle.The provision of legal service itself is a fierce competition market,the threshold is low,the potential entry is more,and the competitors are increasing.The demand for legal services is also improving.Therefore,it is the only way for the C law firm to achieve sustainable development in the fierce market competition by combining the current development trend and giving full play to its own advantages,making a precise positioning of the C law firm and choosing the development strategy suitable for the C law firm.Based on the combination of PEST analysis and situation analysis,this paper analyzes the strategic combination of matching C law firms,and concludes that C law firms should adopt various strategies,such as talent development strategy,brand differentiation strategy,marketing strategy and other strategies to implement their goals.Finally,these strategies should be concretely refined to form strategies for implementation of the strategy. |
