How to improve it?Taking the Rugao City,Jiangsu Province as an example,through questionnaire survey,interview,query information data of government websites and other research methods,the current situation of standardization of grass-roots government affairs openness was investigated,the current situation of standardization of grass-roots government affairs was sorted out and summarized,its main achievements were summarized and the main problems were diagnosed.Then deeply analyze the incentives of these problems.In view of the existing problems and their incentives,reasonable suggestions for improving the standardization of grassroots government affairs are proposed.Through empirical research,it is found that in recent years,many positive achievements have been made in the standardization of grass-roots government affairs:improve the working mechanism,adhere to the overall promotion;compile matters standards,clarify the basic standards;standardize the public process,improve the working pattern;expand the public channels,and protect the public rights.Of course,there are also problems such as uneven of standardization degree,imperfect content and contents of the standards of government affairs disclosure,irregular management of public platforms,and unsatisfactory effect of standardization of government affairs at community-level government affairs.The main incentives for these problems include: administrative pressure from the top-down;simulated pressure from the perpendicular to the horizontal;supervision pressure stems from the public and the society;difference in organizational absorption capacity.In view of these problems and their causes,then put forward countermeasures and suggestions: study deeply and understand the spiritual essence of relevant policies,promote citizen participation,properly compile and improve the list of standards for disclosing government affairs,strengthen platform building.
