Research On Urban Community Governance From The Perspective Of Party Building

The community is related to the people’s livelihood,connects with the people’s hearts,and has the functions of serving the people,facilitating the people,and ensuring the people.The governance effect of urban communities is closely related to the implementation of the major policies of the party and the state at the grass-roots level,the vital interests of urban residents,and the harmony and stability of urban and rural grass-roots units.Urban community governance is the embodiment of national governance in the grass-roots society,and its governance effect directly reflects the development level of the modernization of the grass-roots national governance capacity.However,with the rapid advancement of urbanization and the rapid development of Internet big data,the traditional community management model has been difficult to adapt to new changes and meet the growing needs of community residents for a better life.As the grass-roots unit of the Communist Party of China in the grass-roots society,the grass-roots party organizations are the core of leadership and the political core of the grass-roots society.Community party organizations have the closest,most direct,and most extensive contacts with the masses in the community,and can directly understand the urgent needs and needs of the masses and solve the difficulties of the masses.Therefore,giving full play to the leading role of party building in urban community governance is to a large extent feasible and necessary.However,the current research on the leading role of party building in the process of urban community governance is relatively weak,and unlike the Western community governance model,party building leading urban community governance has obvious local characteristics in China,and it started late,the development time is short,and it has not yet formed a mature theoretical foundation.Through the research and analysis of the literature and practical cases related to party building leading urban community governance,the dilemma played by party building in the leading role of urban community governance is analyzed,and a universal behavior path is proposed.This paper starts from the perspective of party building leadership and analyzes the leading role of party building in urban community governance.It is roughly divided into six parts,and the general structure is as follows: the introduction part mainly introduces the origin,significance and research purpose of the selected topic,and briefly sorts out the current situation of research at home and abroad;The first chapter of the main text briefly explains the theoretical concepts of community governance,collaborative governance theory,social capital theory and political party function theory,and analyzes the leading role of party organizations in community governance work from both vertical and horizontal directions;The second chapter mainly analyzes the necessity of the leading role of party building in urban community governance in urban community governance from the inherent fit of the party’s people’s position,and then analyzes the logic of the fit between party building and urban community governance;The third chapter mainly sorts out and analyzes the difficulties faced in the process of party building leading work and urban community governance;Chapter IV analyses the causes of the dilemma raised above.The fifth chapter puts forward universal and operable behavior path suggestions for the dilemmas and reasons proposed above,in order to provide useful reference for the smooth progress of urban community governance led by party building in various places.
