Party Building In The New Era Leads The Study Of Urban Community Governance Community

In the new era,urban grass-roots governance has become an indispensable part of national governance.As the basic unit of urban grass-roots governance,community is the support point of the Party’s grass-roots work and the "last mile" for the Party and the government to contact and serve the masses.General Secretary Xi Jinping has repeatedly emphasized the improvement of the social governance system supported by party committee leadership,government responsibility,democratic consultation,social coordination,public participation,legal protection and scientific and technological support,and the construction of a social governance community in which everyone is responsible,everyone is responsible and everyone enjoys it.Community governance community is the foundation of the social governance system,and the innovative model of community governance is that the party building leads the community governance community.At present,cities all over the country are actively exploring the realistic path of party building leading urban community governance community,and this exploration practice has also become an important research field of current academic concern.This paper sorts out the theory and historical context of urban community governance community,and takes Y Street in Hongkou District,Shanghai as the research object,conducts research and analysis on the leading role of party building in urban community governance community,and compares it with other typical domestic community governance community practice cases,and then draws the realistic path of leading urban community governance community by party building in the new era.The introduction first mainly introduces the background and research significance of this paper,and points out the research basis of the party building leading the urban community governance community;Then,the research status and basic concepts of this topic at home and abroad are summarized.Then,the research methods and expected goals used in this paper are introduced,and a relatively perfect writing framework is constructed.Finally,the innovation and shortcomings of this paper are put forward.The second chapter mainly combs the theoretical basis of urban community governance community,which mainly includes Marxist Community of Shared Future for Mankind theory,Xi Jinping’s idea of co-construction,co-governance and sharing governance,people-oriented theory,consultative governance theory and cooperative governance theory.Then,through the logic of the evolution and development of urban community governance community model,it is concluded that the party building plays an important role in community governance,which leads the urban community to develop towards the governance community with a better life for the people.Finally,the relationship between party organization construction and urban community governance community is clarified.The third chapter,through the practical investigation of Y street community in Hongkou District,Shanghai,understands the basic situation,specific practices and governance effects of Party organization construction in Y street community in Hongkou District,Shanghai,and draws the corresponding experience summary and enlightenment.And through the comparative study of the practice cases of community governance community led by party building in Y Street of Hongkou District,Shanghai and other cities in China,the similarities and differences of community governance community led by party building in different cities are compared.Finally,the problems and reasons in the process of community governance of Y Street are analyzed,and the corresponding conclusions are drawn.The fourth chapter,based on the above-mentioned theoretical and practical cases of party building leading the community governance community,and the analysis of the causes of the existing problems in the community governance community,puts forward the realistic path of party building leading the urban community governance community.The main paths include insisting on party building leading,adhering to the principle of multi-governance,upholding the people first and using scientific and technological means,etc.,which provide strong support for party building leading the urban community governance community in the new era.
