| With the profound changes in the domestic social and economic development environment and the global situation abroad,my country has entered a new stage of development,and all social strata are facing many opportunities and challenges.As the main body of service for the masses,grass-roots taxation departments,strengthening the construction of party branches will help improve their service capabilities and better respond to the new environment,new challenges and new requirements.At present,the service function of party branch construction itself has gradually become prominent,that is,while educating and guiding the thoughts and behaviors of party branch members,it is also necessary to pay close attention to the psychological and life needs of party members and cadres.This requires party branches to innovate work methods and increase individualized and personalized forms of work.Social work adheres to the concept of helping others and self-help and the concept of respect and equality.Embedding them into the construction of grass-roots party branches helps to understand the demands of party members,provide personalized services,and help them recover or improve their abilities.Based on this idea,from the perspective of social work,this paper explores the feasibility of embedding the casework method in the construction of grass-roots party branches.Guided by the relevant theoretical basis,energy enhancement theory and advantageous perspective of the Communist Party of China on the construction of party branches,based on the investigation of the current situation of the construction of the party branch of the Y Taxation Bureau,to understand the current ideological dynamics and behavioral performance of party members and cadres.The investigation was carried out from two dimensions of serving the masses externally and participating in party organization activities internally.Combined with the information fed back by the party members’ questionnaires,it can be seen that individual party members’ awareness of active service is not strong,and the sense of integration into party organization activities is not strong.After identifying problems and service needs,carry out casework practice,and finally analyze the practical role of casework embedded in the construction of grassroots party branches in combination with the evaluation of the effect of casework.In the process of applying the casework method,with the Party branch organization members as staff members,after three months of casework practice,they help the client to speak out the existing difficulties and find the main persons who are not strong in active service awareness and who are not active in participating in organizational activities.Reasons;guide the client to tap the advantageous resources around him,and at the same time,by helping the client to link external support resources,to promote the client’s ideological change to a positive direction.The case evaluation results show that the client’s ideological state and behavior have changed,which is manifested as an increased awareness of active service and increased enthusiasm for participating in party branch activities.This research shows that the casework method embedded in the construction of party branches is of great value to party members’ active service awareness and team integration,as well as party members’ self-improvement.Embedding the case method into the construction of party branches can help clients overcome existing difficulties and achieve self-recovery.At the same time,when the casework method is embedded in the process of party branch construction,it is necessary to always adhere to the party’s leadership,and choose the appropriate method to intervene according to the problem.In this process,it is also necessary to establish institutional norms that promote the embedding of social work methods into party branch construction,clarify the main responsibilities,and balance the relationship between party branch construction and social work methods. |
