Research On Third-party Interventions In Grass-roots Petition Work In Wenzhou

As a unique political system in my country,the petition system provides a basic mechanism guarantee for resolving social conflicts and plays an important role in maintaining social harmony and stability.Of course,the situation in the world is changing,various social contradictions are emerging one after another,and the problems reflected in the petition channels are becoming more and more diverse and complicated.The grassroots petition work is also facing reforms and challenges.In recent years,some government agencies and petition departments have realized the importance of third-party participation in the resolution of conflicts at the grassroots level.The multiple subjects referred to by third parties have increasingly become a research topic for researchers.The petition work provides new ideas.Third parties participating in the resolution of petitions at the grassroots level can,according to their professional advantages,assist departments to resolve petitioning problems and improve the legalization of petitioning work.This article takes D Street in District L as the research object,and introduces legal workers,social organizations and social workers,"two representatives and one member" to D Street by comprehensively using empirical analysis,case analysis,literature research,in-depth interviews and other research methods.The main representatives of third parties are involved in solving the problem of inconsistent information.The deficiencies in the standardization and institutionalization of the third-party participation mechanism and the misunderstanding of politicians not only limit the role of social forces in actively participating in petition resolution,but also have a negative impact on the long-term and stable development of this mechanism.Finally,it puts forward a targeted improvement mechanism,stimulates vitality,strengthens publicity and guidance,raises awareness,promotes the establishment of systems,and clarifies positions to improve work,so as to promote social forces to participate in the resolution of petition conflicts for the grassroots government,enhance the ability to resolve petitions,and do a good job Provide reference for grassroots petition resolution work.
