| The protection of labor rights and interests is the focus of the state.With the promulgation of the "Opinions on Effectively Safeguarding Labor Security Rights and Interests of New Employment Forms" and the "14th Five-Year Employment Promotion Plan",all sectors of society have put forward higher requirements for trade unions.As an important body providing protection services for employees’ rights and interests,trade unions mainly provide protection for labor economic rights,spiritual and cultural rights,democratic political rights,and social rights and interests of employees in difficulty.But at present,it seems that the employees in need are not very satisfied with the rights protection services provided by the trade union.Based on the theoretical analysis framework of social support,this research classifies the rights and interests protection services provided by trade unions into four levels: the state,society,community,and family.Situations where democratic political rights and social rights are guaranteed.Afterwards,the author interviewed the difficult workers who came to the trade union for help,and learned about the rights and interests protection services provided by the trade union that they needed in reality and the status of their satisfaction.After comparison,the author understands the current situation and problems of trade unions providing employees’ rights and interests protection services,and makes attribution analysis based on social support theory,and then puts forward countermeasures and suggestions.From the perspective of the rights protection services provided by trade unions for employees in need,the author made the following conclusions: First,from the national level,trade unions mainly rely on policy forces to provide services,but policy updates and implementation are slow,and rights protection services are weakly targeted.Second,from the social level,the service content provided by the trade union is rich,but there are problems that the trade union employees perform their own duties,the business is not interoperable,and the sense of professional identity is low;third,from the community level,the activities carried out by the trade union and the community Fourth,from the family level,the trade union provides education and living care for the children of employees in difficulty,but the lack of linkage mechanism with other departments results in limited scope and intensity of assistance.From the perspective of the rights protection services that the labor unions expect from the labor unions,their needs are mainly concentrated at the national level and the social level.However,compared with the services that the labor unions actually provide for the labor unions,there are the following dislocations: At the national level,the labor unions Only consider the needs of special groups such as female workers and migrant workers to provide policy protection,but ignore the individual needs of other groups;at the social level,trade unions provide employees with holistic and process-based services,and work closely with the Human Resources and Social Security Department,social security The bureau conducts exchanges,but lacks the mobilization of other social organizations.To sum up,the rights and interests protection services provided by trade unions for needy workers are mainly concentrated at the national and social levels,and the support they provide at the community and family levels is very limited,and the content of rights and interests protection services is not rich enough.Combining with the dislocation of rights and interests protection services provided by trade unions reported by employees in difficulty,the author puts forward the following suggestions to trade unions from the perspective of social work: First,refine the implementation standards of national policies,and absorb the situation that social workers supervise the implementation of policies;Training,social worker participation services.Second,as far as the trade union is concerned,the internal job rotation system of the trade union and the participation of social workers in evaluation are implemented,the internal structure of the trade union is optimized,and the work enthusiasm of the trade union workers is improved;for the difficult workers,the trade union shall carry out research work to understand their actual needs and do Good communication,strengthen the publicity of the trade union,and the participation and assistance of social workers,so that the needy workers can better integrate into the society.Third,try to establish a spiritual "new community" for the employees in need.The trade union and the community where the employees in difficulty are located jointly carry out assistance,strengthen the social identity of the employees in difficulty,and achieve the effect of helping others and self-help.Fourth,strengthen the linkage and cooperation between the trade union and the outside world,mobilize social worker link resources,and enrich the trade union’s services for family members of employees in need. |
