In recent years,the number of new economic and social organizations has grown rapidly and the number of employees has continued to increase.The new economic and social organizations have failed to improve their trade union organizations,their functions of safeguarding the legitimate rights and interests of employees have weakened,and the All-China Federation of Trade Unions has issued relevant policies to strengthen grass-roots trade unions.Build and upgrade the service level of trade unions to meet the diversified needs of workers and staff members,protect the basic rights and interests of employees,strengthen the functions of trade unions,promote trade unions' contacts and guide the work of social organizations in the field of labor relations,in the context of the new economic and social organizations' disability and policy advocacy.It is of great significance and value to study the involvement of social workers in the new economic and social organizations of trade unions and employee rights protection services.At present,social workers involved in the new economic and social organizations trade union workforce protection service is still in a tentative exploration stage,with little reference experience,in order to sum up the social workers involved in the new economic and social organizations trade unionization of employee rights and interests of service experience,enrich the social work of trade unions in China The content of practical research and the promotion of the work level of the new economic and social organizations in the trade unions.This article takes the Y project in Guangzhou as the research object,and uses interviews and participatory observation as research methods to involve social workers in the protection of the rights and interests of the new economic and social organizations.The process of practice is analyzed and lessons learned.The Y project aims to promote the work capacity of union cadres of the new economic and social organizations and enhance employees' awareness of rights and rights protection as the goal of social work involvement in the new economic and social organizations' trade union employee rights protection services.From the perspective of energy enhancement theory,social workers use Case work,group work,community work and other social work methods,using new economic and social organizations as trade union cadres and staff as energy-enhancing subjects,carrying out trade union-related knowledge training activities,and improving the post literacy of new economic and social organizations,and assisting new economic and social organizations of trade union cadres to carry out employee service activities and improve their organizational capabilities;from the four levels of legal rights protection,labor and economic rights,spiritual and cultural rights,and social rights,provide employees with legal education,skills training,employment development,cultural entertainment,and psychological Services such as health,urban integration,social marriage,etc.enhance employee awareness of rights and ability to exercise their rights.Finally,it was concluded that it is feasible and effective for social workers to get involved in the new economic and social organizations trade union employee rights protection service.The union's continuous purchase of social worker services helps to quickly improve the work level of the new economic and social organizations;social workers strengthen their own Professionalism and correct positioning of one's own roles will help improve the effectiveness of trade union social work services.Improving the company's awareness of the rights and interests of employees will help the protection of the rights and interests of trade union workers.The support of managers of new economic and social organizations will be effective in providing services.The important guarantee.
