| Promoting the exchanges and integration of various ethnic groups is an important prerequisite for multi-ethnic countries to deal with ethnic issues and form healthy ethnic relations.Since entering the new era,new features and changes have emerged in cross-ethnic exchanges.For colleges and universities,promoting the exchanges and integration of various ethnic groups has become an important part of college construction.Compared with ordinary colleges and universities,ethnic colleges and universities have certain particularities.After entering colleges,college students of ethnic colleges must not only adapt to the new life of the college,but also adapt to the campus environment where multiple cultures coexist.It is an important period for the formation of correct ideological concepts,so it is of great practical significance to promote the inter-ethnic exchanges and the exchanges and integration of students in ethnic colleges and universities.This study takes ethnic colleges and universities as the survey sites,and uses quantitative research methods to systematically investigate and analyze the current situation and influencing factors of inter-ethnic communication among college students in ethnic colleges.Through the survey data,it is found that students of all ethnic groups are more optimistic in their overall enthusiasm for inter-ethnic communication.Although there are some differences in their attitudes towards inter-ethnic intermarriage,on the whole,the psychological distance between ethnic minorities in inter-ethnic communication is relatively small.On the platform of colleges and universities,the cognition of inter-ethnic communication presents a positive and positive trend,and ethnicity is no longer a symbol that limits their communication.Students of all ethnic groups have different degrees of communication in study,daily life,and cultural and sports activities.Influenced by professional relationships,the communication in learning is more in-depth and common.This research focuses on the influencing factors at the individual level,through the linear regression model and binary logistic regression model to analyze the specific influencing factors of the cross-ethnic communication of college students in ethnic colleges and universities.communication path.Through the research,it is found that the inter-ethnic communication of college students in ethnic colleges is affected by individual factors,family factors,native growth environment factors and campus environment factors.From the perspective of the attitude of inter-ethnic communication,family environment,native growth environment and campus environment comprehensively affect the psychological distance of college students’ inter-ethnic communication,but the psychological distance of family environment for inter-ethnic communication is gradually small.From the perspective of in-depth exchanges,on the platform of university,students are influenced by higher education,and their ethnic identity has little influence on the choice of marriage and love partners.From the perspective of inter-ethnic communication behaviors,there are more collective communication behaviors premised on cooperation and mutual assistance,and less deep-level communication behaviors between individuals.The behavior of college students’ inter-ethnic communication.From the perspective of individual characteristics influencing factors,majors in liberal arts,knowledge of other minority languages,and academic performance have a positive impact on inter-ethnic communication behavior;from the perspective of family environment influencing factors,parents whose household registration is in an urban area have a positive impact on inter-ethnic communication.From the perspective of the original growth environment factors,the experience of having been in contact with other ethnic groups in the area where they lived for a long time before entering the school will promote the inter-ethnic exchanges after entering the school;from the perspective of the campus environment factors,long-term participation in The various cultural and sports activities organized by the school have a positive role in promoting inter-ethnic communication.Ethnic colleges and universities have very great advantages in both experience and implementation of fostering a strong sense of national identity and promoting communication and integration among all the ethnic groups.By investigating the psychological activities and behaviors of college students in ethnic colleges and universities in cross-ethnic interactions,and comprehensively considering the influencing factors of cross-ethnic interactions among college students in ethnic colleges and universities,it is very important for higher education institutions to promote communication and integration among all the ethnic groups,to harmonize the relations of ethnic groups,and explore the education,practice and research of fostering a strong sense of national identity. |
