Research On Inter Ethnic Interaction Of Catering Enterprises From The Perspective Of National Mutual Embeddedness

It is a long-term and complicated process to achieve the the interaction of v arious ethnic groups.The ethnic inter-embedded method is not a specific produc t of the times,and it is widely existed in different historical periods of the human soci ety.It has different meanings in different historical periods.The second work foru m of Xinjiang and the central ethnic work conference had been held by the C PC central committee from May to September in 2014.The two meetings give us a plan about the establishment of a community guided by the ethnic interembedded method.And it also gives us a new view to formulate current ethni c policies for the better development of the ethnic groups in the further.Since then,the hot topic about ethnic inter-embedded method has been ki ndled in the domestic academics.They focused on the two aspects: the fundam ental framework of the ethnic inter-embedded theory and the exploration of the existing method.With a perspective of the multi ethnic catering business of Sh uimogou village farmhouses in Urumqi,the paper is based on the current ethnic academic interaction theories discusses its inter interaction and explores the eth nic interaction under the ethnic inter-embedded method.The thesis is divided in to four parts: The first part is mainly about the basic situation of Shuimogou village f armhouses,such as the distribution,population and the staff;The second part is ab out the types of ethnic interactions in the farmhouses,including the close connect ion in culture and economy;The third part is about the proper adjustments of the identity and culture in ethnic interaction in the farmhouses under a view of eth nic inter-embedded method;The fourth part concludes that the management of the restaurants guided by the ethnic inter-embedded method is a fatal way to p romote the healthy development of relations in the ethnic interactions and the benign development of the ethnic relations will promote the embedded commun ity in the future.
