Current State-owned Enterprise Party Construction Problem Research

State-owned enterprises are the material and political foundation of socialism with Chinese characteristics,occupy an important position in my country’s economic development,and are also the foundation for promoting national construction and safeguarding the interests of the people.Since the 18 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,the Party Central Committee with Comrade Xi Jinping as the core has attached great importance to the party building of state-owned enterprises.Comrade Xi Jinping has given important instructions and instructions on many occasions,delivered important speeches,and put forward a series of major judgments and important measures.The development of enterprise party building work has pointed out the direction.At present,certain achievements have been made in the party building work of state-owned enterprises in my country,but there are still some problems.This requires a scientific analysis of the existing problems on the basis of carefully sorting out the development process and achievements of the party building work of state-owned enterprises,and then put forward in a targeted manner.Countermeasures,better integrate the party building work of state-owned enterprises into the production and operation management of enterprises,promote the development of state-owned enterprises towards high-quality development,and make contributions to the construction of my country’s national economy.At present,the problems existing in the party building work of state-owned enterprises in our country mainly include: the party’s leadership over state-owned enterprises needs to be strengthened,the ideological education of party members in state-owned enterprises needs to be promoted,the construction of grass-roots party organizations in state-owned enterprises needs to be improved,the atmosphere of comprehensive and strict party governance in state-owned enterprises needs to be strengthened,and the state-owned enterprises need to be strengthened.Enterprise party system construction needs to be improved.In order to effectively strengthen the party building work of state-owned enterprises,the following measures need to be taken: firstly,vigorously carry out the political building of the party in state-owned enterprises,including insisting on putting the political building of the party in the first place,clarifying the legal status of grass-roots party organizations,and doing a good job in the state-owned enterprises;the second is to solidly promote the ideological education of party members in state-owned enterprises,including raising awareness of the importance of party members’ ideological education,enriching the form and content of party members’ ideological education,and promoting the effective integration of corporate culture and party members’ ideological education;the third is to continue to consolidate state-owned enterprises.The construction of grass-roots party organizations includes improving the working methods of party organizations in state-owned enterprises and improving the overall quality of party personnel in state-owned enterprises;the fourth is to create a good environment for state-owned enterprises to be clean and upright,including pressing and consolidating the "two responsibilities" and promoting the "non-disclosure".Dare to be corrupt,can’t be corrupt,don’t want to be corrupt” and strengthen the work style of party members and cadres;the fifth is to improve the party building work mechanism of state-owned enterprises,including optimizing the responsibility system for party building work in state-owned enterprises and establishing a party cadre selection and exchange mechanism for state-owned enterprises.
