Research On The Practical Path Of Strengthening The Political Function Of Grass-roots Party Organizations In State-owned Enterprises In The New Era

State-owned enterprise is the important material and political basis of our country,as well as the crucial pillar and relying force of the CPC in governing and rejuvenating our country.The whip hand of the CPC contains three important part,i.e.,ideological leadership,organizational leadership and political leadership.During the new era,enhancing the overall leadership of the CPC over the state-owned enterprises is an vital policy to push the reform and innovation of state-owned enterprises.According to the spirit of the latest documents of the Central Committee and the current situation of the implementation in the development of enterprises,this paper,firstly,combs the research on the political functional construction of the CPC’s party organization at the grass-roots level of stateowned enterprises.And also puts forward critical opinions on the political function of the grass-roots party organizations,especially construction,in state-owned enterprises both in theory and method.This paper mainly focuses on the practical path of the political function of the CPC’s party organization at the grass-roots level of state-owned enterprises in the new century.Referring to the content of the party’s political construction in the "Regulations on the work of grass-roots party organization in state owned enterprises(Trial)",and the relevant literature on the Party Construction in state-owned enterprises.Further considering my internship experience in Jilin Province state-owned capital operation Co.,Ltd.This paper shows a new method consist in theory with practice,finds problems,and summarizes the experience.Consequently provides a theoretical reference for the political function of the grass-roots party organizations of state-owned enterprises in the newest society.This paper mainly includes four parts.Initially,the analysis of the political function of the CPC’s party organization at the grass-roots level in state-owned enterprises,which distinguishes and combs the connotation of the grass-roots party organization,the political function of the party and the political function of the grass-roots.party organization in state-owned enterprises.It is of great significance to strengthen the political function construction of the CPC at the grass-roots level in state-owned enterprises,which is conducive to the party’s leadership over state-owned enterprises,thus it is going to play the indispensable role of state-owned enterprises in the national economy,and indeed can promote the high-quality development of Party building in state-owned enterprises.Further,the practical exploration of the political function construction of the CPC’s party organization at the grass-roots level of state-owned enterprises in the new era.What’s more,analyzing the current problems and reasons of the political function construction of the party organization of the CPC at the grassroots level of state-owned enterprises.Last but not the least.strengthen the political function construction of the CPC in the new aging around us.
