Promoting the employment of disabled persons is an inevitable requirement for the government to maintain social stability,pay attention to people’s livelihood,pay attention to vulnerable groups,and build a harmonious socialist society.The party and the country attach great importance to the development of the cause of the disabled.In the report of the 19th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,General Secretary Xi Jinping pointed out the clear requirement of "building a moderately prosperous society in an all-round way,and not one disabled person can be missing",which provides a basis for the development of the cause of the disabled in China in the new era.A guide to action and fundamentals to follow.At present,the employment situation of the disabled in my country is very severe.The population of disabled people in the country is 85 million.The huge group of disabled people has become the focus of attention from all walks of life.The huge number of disabled people who are not employed has greatly affected social stability.If the state wants to solve the employment problem of the disabled,it must rely on the placement capacity of the majority of enterprises and establish relevant policies and mechanisms from the perspective of the employment needs of enterprises.There are many literatures on the employment of disabled people,with rich theories and diverse perspectives,but there are few literatures on the research from the perspective of enterprise employment,which is also a point of innovation in this paper.Based on humanistic theory,social exclusion theory,and developmental social policy theory,this paper explores how to make more companies willing to hire disabled employees.This paper first clarifies the relevant concepts related to the disabled and expounds the current situation of the employment of the disabled in my country.Through the literature research method,the questionnaire survey method,the data analysis method and other research methods,combined with practical exploration,it analyzes the problems existing in the employment of disabled people in enterprises.It is found that there are three main factors restricting the employment of disabled persons:environmental factors,policy factors,and disabled persons’ own factors.This article believes that the state wants to rely on enterprises to solve the employment problem of the disabled,not only to drive the enterprises from the perspective of interests,but more importantly,to help enterprises establish a correct concept of employment for the disabled,urge enterprises to fulfill their due social responsibilities,and solve the actual employment of enterprises.At the same time,with the help of different groups in the whole society,it is necessary to establish a social and cultural atmosphere of fairness,democracy,friendliness and mutual assistance,and jointly promote the fundamental solution of the employment problem of the disabled.On the basis of drawing on the existing research,this paper attempts to put forward suggestions for improvement from the perspective of employment of enterprises,in combination with the deficiencies presented by the employment of the disabled,so as to improve the employment status of the disabled.
