Research On Role Of New Squires In Promoting Rural Revitalization

Common prosperity is the essential requirement of socialism with Chinese characteristics,and rural revitalization is an important way to achieve common prosperity.The rural revolution made China stand up,the rural reform made China rich,and the rural revitalization made China strong.Give full play to the strength of the new squires who are the first to become rich,and promote the strategy of rural revitalization and achieve common prosperity through the “first” approach of squire's village officials to bring wealth,with help charity and one-to-one help rich;return to the development the responsibility of "promoting richness" is also due to the squire's wish to feed back the hometown.Looking back on history,the traditional squires took root in the countryside under the background of "the imperial power does not go down to the county",connecting the past and the next,using public land economy,family rules,family rules,village rules and other folk laws to manage community social public affairs,and dynamically balance the country,society and villagers.Although “the rule of ritual is more than the rule of law”,it has also realized the effective governance of the rural society in traditional China,deducting the intermittent good governance of the squires.Drawing on historical experience,if we want to consolidate the results of poverty alleviation and implement the strategy of rural revitalization,we should allow the new squires to return and provide new momentum for rural revitalization.Pay attention to reality,from the social image cognition of the new squire group,the basic situation of new squires participation in rural revitalization,the obstacles of new squires in promoting rural revitalization,and the questionnaire survey data on the ways and policy expectations of new squires in promoting rural revitalization.See,rural revitalization urgently needs new squires,and new squires have the real possibility of back-feeding their hometowns to participate in rural revitalization.However,in the process of promoting rural revitalization,new squires will still have low enthusiasm,unclear positioning,and insufficient awareness.In these current situations,such as serious brain drain,new squires are also facing the "fracture" of rural customs and civilization,the "involution" of villagers' autonomy,and the "weakness" of the grassroots government while playing an active role in promoting rural revitalization.Judging from the field investigations in eight counties in Zhejiang and Jiangxi and the lively practice of using new squires to promote rural revitalization across the country,in order to solve these problems,to better play the role of new squires in promoting rural revitalization,explore the importance of cultivation,creation of carriers,and publicity.The effective experience of the four new squires in promoting the revitalization of the rural economy.It can be seen that new squires is still an important force in realizing rural governance and development,and it is both indispensable and practical.Based on literature research data and field research experience,this article proposes to analyze the dynamic mechanism of new squires participating in rural revitalization from the internal thrust,external pulling force,and internal and external forces,and explores its internal role in promoting rural revitalization from different types of new squire groups.The mechanism,in simple terms,is that the skilled new squire group promotes its role in rural revitalization mainly by promoting economic development;the governance new squire group promotes its role in rural revitalization mainly through political construction;the industrial new squire group promotes its role in rural revitalization through political construction.It mainly promotes its role in rural revitalization by promoting economic development and participating in social construction;the resource-based new squire group promotes its role in rural revitalization mainly by participating in political and social construction.In the end,new squires had a profound and significant influence on political construction,economic construction,cultural construction,social construction and ecological civilization construction.On this basis,this article also proposes to implement the new squires Growth Plan,build a new squires Role Platform,and build a policy support system.It also elaborates specific suggestions on how to play the role of new squires in rural revitalization.Enrich the cultural atmosphere of the rural talents,expand the channels for the rural talents to return to their hometowns,provide opportunities to participate in grassroots construction,improve the rural governance environment,provide a platform for the new squires to play their roles,improve and improve the rural talent mechanism,and establish participation,incentives and supervision mechanisms.Therefore,the research in this article provides constructive opinions and experience enlightenment in playing the role of new squires in rural revitalization.
